Lovely and Large Two Bedroom Villa at the Heart of Palmetto Dunes!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good experience. Palmetto Dunes location and convenience to all activities is great. The unit had several nuisance issues, e.g. coffee maker not visible, sheets(brought own sheets due to previous experience)/towels cheap marginally functional, toilet paper/tissue thin/small marginal, recliner jammed, tp holder loose, bulb burned our in master, no basic instructions for tv's, 4 teaspoons/bunches of forks.staff responded readily to correct most issues. These issues do not represent the overall professionalism of this resort.

Great golf, pickle ball, biking and walking trails and the beach is outstanding for walking and biking. On-site restaurants are very good and well located on the resort.

Reviewer Comments: A lovely 2-bedroom villa close to the 2nd hole Robert Trent Jones course; Modern bathrooms & kitchen with all the kitchen utensils & cookware, the only item I would suggest is a kettle ( was unable to locate)I would recommend bringing your own towels as the ones provided by Palmetto Dunes are equivalent to about a 1 or 2-star rating. Overall an excellent vacation, absolutely loved the pickleball & the golf offerings on HHI.

Beds were very comfortable and we had a very relaxing time. The pickle ball courts were used frequently and we really enjoyed the shuttle service. We will definitely return and would love to rent this unit again.

The beds were very comfortable and the decor was beach themed and very nice. There was no garbage can when we got there and a spot on the wall that needed to be cleaned. Property management responded right away and that was taken care of within the hour. However, the floors were dirty so we wore socks or shoes during our stay.
