Guest Access:

Guests reserving the oasis can enjoy access to the full property including the three homes, hot springs soaking areas, lakes, trails, and the Yerxa Town gathering space. Certain storage and operational areas remain locked for staff use.



The Neighborhood:

Discover the tranquility of our Desert Hot Springs villa, located just a short 20-minute drive from Palm Springs International Airport. You'll find convenient access to grocery stores, restaurants, and bars within a 5-minute radius, perfect for stocking up on essentials or enjoying a night out. The neighborhood offers breathtaking views of valleys, sunsets, and mountains, creating a serene oasis. A unique highlight is Yerxa Town, a charming faux-Western gathering space featuring a propane BBQ pit, a covered lounge area, and restrooms with an outdoor shower. Enjoy a soak in the large natural rock pool, filled with mineral water at 100-102 degrees, which overflows into the lake, or take a refreshing dip in one of the individual soaking bathtubs. Explore the lake by rowboat, observing the turtles, or relax on the dock and watch the local birdlife.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding desert and nearby towns like Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. The oasis itself is expansive, with paths connecting the homes, soaking areas, lakes, and trails.



Other Things to Note:

The property has multiple lakes, koi ponds and water features with no barriers. Please take precautions if you have small children in your group.

We send a Waiver and Release of Liability for review and acceptance upon confirmation of booking.



Interaction with Guests:

We give you gate and door codes prior to arrival, and respect your privacy during your stay. If anyone is on the oasis land, it would be a maintenance person (weekdays only). We send you check-in instructions and videos to let you know how to find everything and how to operate the Onsen-Style flow through soaking pools. If you need anything during your stay, you can text us at the designated phone number, and we can call or text you back. We are nearby in case we need to visit.
