Location, Location, Location! Deluxe Two Bedroom Villa DIRECTLY on the Ocean.

Our whole process was super easy. Sandra was in contact often and very easy to work with. We were 4 adults and the space worked great for us. Well equipped kitchen, loads of beach towels, etc.

The villa was in a perfect location on the ocean. It was well equipped, spotless and convenient to hotel activities and restaurants. The host was extremely helpful and considerate. She and the building manager were totally accessible.

Host was very helpful and quick to respond to question.The amenities were excellent including the toiletries and ice machine. Enjoyed the private pools. The was nice and clean.

Sandra was amazing. She was extremely responsive and had everything ready. We will definitely stay with her again!

A Perfect Beach Getaway!This place has absolutely everything you could ever want! From the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy furnishings and peaceful surroundings, it was perfect in every way. It will always be my go-to when the family is looking for a quiet beach respite. We can't wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Villas. The condo was as listed, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable with excellent AC units and helpful amenities (beach chairs, drip coffee maker and Kurig, blender). The property has two large pools (one an infinity pool overlooking the ocean) and a large hot tub. The beach in June was empty-we had it to ourselves. The Wyndham next door is great for outdoor bars and easy lunch or coffee/ice cream, but we were grateful to head back to our condos for the quieter pools and relaxation where there were always chairs and umbrellas available. El Yunque is a 10-minute drive and there are a number of dining options just off the resort as well. Sandra and Jesus (property manager) and Lawrence (building manager) were are very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend this rental.

Five star experience. The communication from the time the reservation was made to our last day was excellent. The property was better than I expected. Pools and beach were well kept and we loved having so many options within walking distance after a long day of adventures.

View from condo was spectacular and included a Quiet Pool area, palm trees, and sand and ocean just beyond that. Condo very well stocked with everything you could want. Very clean and well appointed. Manager and owner were very responsive. We mostly used it for sleeping and eating. We travelled and toured and spent lovely days enjoying the local beaches.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here at Sandra's villa. The location is beautiful, and the rainforest is basically acrossed the main street. We will definitely come back again! Sandra was a great host from beginning to end! Highly recommend her place.

We chose to stay at this property after staying at the Wyndham resort the year before. This home gave us oceanfront views, not crowded pools, and access to the resort restaurants when we wanted to dine out. It was the perfect place to spend Christmas in a tropical setting. Sandra, the host, was regularly communicative and helpful both before and during our stay. The property manager Jesus also checked in on us. You can’t go wrong staying here!

Might have been our favorite family trip. Sandra was a wonderful host. She was so helpful with suggestions and answering questions even during our stay. The unit has everything you could ever imagine. The view is beautiful. The place was quiet. The pools were large and amazing. The beach was quiet and clean. We will definitely come back!

Just what we needed for a great vacation. Location was great for view of Ocean and pool if you just want to chill on the balcony or access to the beach is just steps away. If you want to experience other areas on PR it was easy accessible by car. Great location and great host!

Excellent area to go with family . Their was plenty to do on property and close to other activities and restaurants outside the property.

This was our first time in PR and we loved it. Sandra’s place was perfect for a family of 4. The pool was right outside the balcony and then the beautiful beach. It had everything we needed it. Beds were very comfortable. Sandra was awesome communicating with us. Sandra’s place part of the Wyndham Rio Mar, so we were able to walk to a few restaurant. Place was very safe. You can book a jetski tour right on the beach. We also did the rainforest tour and Isla de la Culebra tour. I highly recommend it. I am going to miss the coqui sound at night. I hope we can come back next year ?

Sandra's oceanfront villa was amazing and perfect for our family of 4. From the comfortable and clean accomodations to the pools and beachfront views, we enjoyed every moment. Sandra went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience from offering suggestions on fun excursions and places to eat to checking onus to be sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay in this fabulous condo. It was appointed with everything we needed for the week and the location was perfect. The proximity to the ocean can't be beat. The beds were comfortable, the pools were perfect, and the beach was lovely. Sandra was a great communicator and made our stay easy and delightful. The only downside was that we had to leave. I will definitely stay here again! Thanks for a beautiful week!
