Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed for a week and enjoyed very much the superb location with the beautiful terrace, the beautiful pool and the amazing view over lake Garda. The location has everything, so that we felt very welcome from the first time where we have entered the house.

Stayed Jun 1, 2017This villa was spectacular. The view was breathtaking all the rooms were large, comfortable and well appointed. There was a great balcony with a large table and seating area where you could see beautiful sunset views. The kitchen had everything you need and then some. There is a very nice pool which was great to come home to after a day in the sun. The villa is a short walk to central Bardolino and many restaurants and shops. It is also very close to a super market. The best part about this villa was the incredible hospitality of Roberto, Carlotta and their parents. They gave us great recommendations for food, taxi service and things to do and they checked on us periodically to see if we needed anything and went above and beyond when we did . I have rented many homes when traveling and this one was definitely the best. Don't hesitate to book this property. I only hope that I am fortunate enough to be able to come back and stay here!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Wonderful holiday home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this superb location. The property has everything you need from the glorious lake and mountain views, the short walk to Bardolino and the sparkling swimming pool. Roberto is a fantastic host and available when needed and we highly recommend this property if you are visiting Lake Garda.

Stayed Jun 25, 2016Five of us stayed here for a week at the end of June. With four double bedrooms it could have accommodated up to eight people. Main room, kitchen and two bedrooms are on the first floor, with a superb balcony with views of the lake (the villa is up a hill, so about a 10 minute walk up from the lakeside itself). Outside staircase down to the other two bedrooms and a small outdoor pool and large grassed garden. Very well equipped villa - barbecue, pool towels, kitchen equipment, fruit and food left in fridge, etc. Roberto very helpful in responding to emails ahead of our visit, then we were met at the villa by his mother and sister who showed us everything. Bardolino a good base for exploring Lake Garda, and Verona only a half hour drive away. Particularly recommend Isola de Garda (villa on a private island, boat from Bardolino twice a week, book in advance by email), Sirmione and Salo.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Wow! Just back from Bardolino and I cannot express in words how beautiful and tranquil this place is. The house sits above Lake Garda with the most stunning views and a short walk from the town Bardolino. On arrival we were met by Roberto's parents at the luxury villa and shown all the house facilities and this house had everything we needed. If we needed help, Roberto the owner, was always on hand to call and answered emails immediately which meant we could all relax for our entire stay. The house had all the cooking facilities you need but to be honest we ate out every night as the town has so many incredible restaurants. Also worth mentioning that the food was all very cheap in price for the high standard, probably due to the high levels of competition. The lake itself is beautiful and clean enough to swim in and had a wide range of activities for the sporty visitors. We also visited Venice by train which is possible to get to in under two hours by train which I highly recommend. All in all a superb weekend and I will be definitely be going back.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The villa is located high on a hill with stunning panoramic views of the lake and beautiful mountain range. It was lovely to watch the colours change and to relax on the veranda as the sunset. (Actually we spent a lot of time throughout our stay on that veranda as the views are very captivating!) The location is a short walk into town where you can explore the beautiful cobbled streets of Bardolino. There are many little beaches in and around Bardolino, some you pay for and some you don’t so take the time to research. Roberto was very easy to communicate with and provided helpful information and advice prior to our stay. Everything that you could possibly want or need is in the villa. It has all the bells and whistles to keep you comfortable. The villa has air-conditioning in the kitchen/living areas and in every bedroom. The upstairs veranda and pool area have retractable shades that work perfectly to keep the hot sun at bay and can be pulled back at night so you can enjoy the stars. There is a sound system to connect your ipod, coffee machine, ice machine, filtered water, TV and so on. There are two bedrooms up stairs, bathroom and kitchen/living area and two bedrooms downstairs, a bathroom and utility space. Both spaces offering lake/mountain views. This allowed for my family of four and my parents to enjoy separate sleeping areas and privacy (if wanted). The pool is set to the side of the house in the sunshine offering a refreshing swim and lovely views of the lake. There are comfy deckchairs and beach towels provided along with bathroom facilities. The villa was clean and filled with beautiful pieces and artwork making the villa very comfortable and beautiful. We cooked on the coal BBQ most nights (the kitchen is more than adequate for cooking too!) and enjoyed eating al fresco on the veranda overlooking the lake, mountains and pretty garden. The views really are what makes this villa so special! Finally, at first I was unsure of booking the villa due to it having no reviews on HomeAway but as soon as we arrived our minds were put at ease and we fell in love with it and Bardolino. The villa was a welcomed oasis to return to after exploring Bardolino or the country side. We would highly recommend this villa if you are looking for a holiday on Lake Garda. Roberto, thank you very much for being very accommodating and making our stay very enjoyable. We will be back. PS A trip to Venice is a must, check out A Guide in Venice.
