Stayed Aug 2, 2025A very beautiful and confortable villa! You find all you need for the pool, stuff for the beach and also good food and fruits for our first breakfast, a great welcome! We did a late check-in and a lady waited for us and eplained everything, also providing advices tò visit the island. The owner were available for any needs. We had a great stay and Kefalonia is such a beautiful island.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025The house is very beautiful better than the pictures on websites. The hospitality was fantastic , we arrive late in the evening and we fouond a very good cake, water and fruit of juice.

Stayed Jul 24, 2024We had a lovely stay. The views and pool were lovely. Great location for a beach and taverna, 40 min walk or €10 taxi to lixouri with lots of nice restaurants and shops. The villa needs a little TLC in some of the outside areas, but this didn’t affect our say. Good communication with the owner. Good size bedrooms and nice and clean. We had a lovely holiday.

Stayed Aug 20, 2023The house was just as described with plenty of room and everything an even larger group would need for a longer stay. Located on a hill it offered a beautiful sea view from the terrace. The pool is a nive addition to the house that was mainly used by our kids. The communication with the house owner was perfect and trustworthy at all times.

Stayed May 22, 2023We had an amazing time while staying at this property, the photos do not do this property justice. The owner was great at communicating and arrange for us to be met by the lovely Maria. The property was extremely clean and well equipped. The location is just up the road from the Lepeda Beach which is beautiful although hilly. We were able to walk to/from Lixouri, we also used the local taxi company. I would highly recommend and definitely return again. Thank you for such a wonderful first visit to Kefalonia.

Stayed May 23, 2017Amazing overall. We were happy there Only small negative was back garden was overgrown and had to ask for grass to be cut. Could do with streaming everywhere

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Pictures do not do this home justice. Everything about it was perfect. Very clean and organized. The fridge was filled with little things we may need throughout our stay like milk, water, and some snacks. The owners were also nice enough to leave behind a cake and fresh fruit for us. Perfect location within walking distance to the beautiful Lepeda Beach and also very close to Lixouri which was full of great shops, restaurants, and nightlife. We will definitely be booking this home again on our future vacations to Kefalonia!
