Stayed Jul 13, 2023Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was okay but not great. We could not sit anything on the kitchen counters due to ants. The towels were all very dingy. The sheets on the master bed need replacing. The tv in the room with the two beds did not work. The pond on the premises had trash in it. The water was very dirty and you couldn’t see any fish in it if there were some. The fees added to the per night rate make the total per night rate $300+. I think that is too expensive for this property. This was my first time to visit Gulfport. I had no idea the beach was so filthy. This stay renewed my appreciation for our Alabama beaches.
