You won't believe the size of our Two-Story, Large 1 bedroom Villa! What a great vacation you're bound to have. We have a very nicely decorated and very comfortable 1 bedroom townhouse right in the heart of the Shelter Cove Marina, which is a part of the well known Palmetto Dunes Plantation. Shelter Cove is Hilton Head's largest marina. The villa is well-suited for a couple and for overnight guests using the sleeper couch.
OUR TOWNHOUSE IS A CORNER UNIT WITH AWESOME FULL HARBOR VIEWS.

Stayed Dec 23, 2025My dogs and I had a great stay! The Villa is extremely nice and in a perfect location. The balconies overlook the harbor and marina. There are kayaks, stand up paddle boarding, bike paths, and easy access to beautiful beaches. The area is super dog friendly. The shops and restaurants are a plus. The stay was so much fun, I plan on returning!

Stayed Jul 6, 2025To begin, My husband and I have visited Hilton Head numerous times over the years as it is a favorite vacation location for us. I was quite disappointed in the lack of communication with the host as this was a highlight in most of the reviews. I contacted him numerous times re: arrival/checkout details and never heard back. I finally contacted VRBO support and was told they would reach out to the host as well. I attempted to call the host throughout the drive to Hilton Head and was finally able to reach him about an hour out. He shared that he was experiencing health issues and would resolve in an hour. I never heard from him again during our entire stay. We had to purchase a parking pass as the host did not leave at the pass office. This was never communicated prior to our visit. The images posted on VRBO displayed a lovely tub. The water pressure in the tub was terrible as the water only trickled out. It took over an hour to fill enough for a bath without using the jets. The TV in the bedroom would power on, but there was no sound. My husband who is quite tech savvy, worked tirelessly to resolve the issue without success. The owners should consider adding additional lighting near the entrance of the villa as it is extremely dark and difficult to see the doorknob for key use at night. We used our phones for lighting. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and my birthday during our vacation and did all we could to make the best of our stay. Disappointing!

This unit has everything you need for a perfect HHI vacation and is located in the best spot on the island for fireworks as well as water activities and food. We can’t wait to book our next stay here!

Stayed Apr 17, 2025Great location if you love Shelter Cove. Two balconies one that overlooks the marina and a second that overlooks Neptune. You can find live music in the cove seven nights a week at least one of the many restaurants. All of which that we tried were excellent. The condo was just as described and pictures show. There is some hassle with booking the condo. Which could and should be easier. I was required to print an independent condo contract sign and send it back via photos after signed. In the past I have never been asked to do that if renting through VRBO. Many times have I signed one electronically through VRBO. If this is required it needs to be made available electronically. Other than that we had a great time in Shelter Cove!

Stayed Jan 18, 2025We needed a place in a pinch and this fit the need. The owners were easy to work with. The place is in dire need of updating and HEAVY cleaning. (very much an 80's time capsule). The mattress needs replacing as it's an old spring mattress and you feel every spring. The location is AWESOME.

Stayed Nov 26, 2024Due to an unforeseen medical emergency, my family was unable to utilize the unit for vacation. However, we are familiar with the location and know it’s a lovely area. One of the owners, Mike, was incredibly understanding when we had to notify of our last-minute change of plans. In the booking process, he was very accommodating to our request to include a small dog in our rental agreement also. We hope to have the pleasure of staying in this unit in the future and wish the owners nothing but the best!
