Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great but we had some concerns about the unit we rented. There was only one pool we could access and it did not have any refreshments. The upstairs bedroom window was stuck open and I had to manipulate it shut. Basic items like coffee, salt and pepper, a welcome basket (water, etc...) were non existent. Overall experience was a 7/10 but few upgrades could really help.

Nice touches throughout and bright and airy. The screened-in porch with fan and lamps was a wonderful plus for early morning coffees and evening cocktails. Being on the lagoon side - in some ways - is better than oceanfront. More peaceful. We liked not being able to hear the pool noise, etc.
