Large Private Pool Home with Spa & Nearby Golf

Many,many issues with the house and communication with management. Checked in Dec 21/19. No cable or wifi until Dec 26 (after 38 calls to maintenance - never did return my calls. Had to go through Reservations to speak to someone. Then only 1 TV of 7 was connected. I was unable to do any work until after wifi was working. We went out to buy some Xmas DVD's to watch christmas eve- 3 out of 3 DVD players not working. Only 2 burners working on kitchen stove - was told parts had to be ordered and couldn't guarantee they would be in before our departure. Not easy cooking Christmas dinner and other meals with only 2 burners on the stove. COCKROACHES both dead and alive throughout the house-kitchen, dining room, bathrooms, living room, bedrooms. Droppings from roaches in drawers and cupboards, A maintenance man arrived 2 nights before we were leaving to spray for the roaches - we declined . We would have to stay in the house after the spraying was done Frog in the kitchen our first morning. The entire house was covered in a thick layer of dust - disher set on kitchen table had to be wasthed before use the night we arrived. Dining room table elegantly set for Dinner - All covered with a thick layer of dust. Ceiling vents almost blocked with dust. AC upstairs not working 78-80 degrees at night with only 1 fan for 6 bedrooms. NO recycle bin so they had to be left in garage - neatil stacked. Patio furniture had to be cleaned before use. The dust was so thick on plants above kitchen cupboards it was falling into the food as we cooked. Patio door track and edge of door FILTHY with dirt and mold.. Live creature running around bedroom ceilings at night. There was also a large cluster of dead bugs around the leg of the bed. My son and his wife left the property on Dec 28 instead of original checkout of Jan 1/2020. We left Jan 1,2020 because it was the first flight we could get together out of there. All of the issues above were conveyed to management and nothing was done - Everything is documented with pictures and videos. We did a video walk through the house on out departure morning to show that everything was in place as we found them. Beautiful location BUT NOT AS ADVERTIZED. Would we recommend staying here - NEVER, Would we ever come back NEVER For any questions please contact me. The contact person listed in the binder did not return my emails.

This property has uncontrollable ROACHES, BROKEN airconditioning, NO WORKING televisions, and LIVE BED BUGS in the master bedrooms!!!! So DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!

The stay was horrible there were roaches all over the house there was no hot water and there was 5 bathrooms had to warm up water just to take a bath it was very cold they had the heat turned off and non of the TVs worked only one tv had a cable box that worked we stayed for a week living like this they gave us the run around with all the concerns and refused to give any type of rebursement. I would not recommend staying here

They never turned on the heat in the pool, none of the filters worked, the children had there bedroom all down stairs and no adult rooms . Springs were sticking out of mattresses. Blankets were so old they fell apart!! The furniture was never cleaned , it was so dirty under the cushions ( garbage and litter)!! I would not recommend this place at all!!

Very well presented property on a great location for all of the theme parks. Our family had a great stay.

What a vacation! My family was very pleased with this vacation home. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The pool was breathtaking . This home had everything that was needed to make your stay complete. Everything was CLEAN!!! The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. The location is perfect. There are many different stores and restaurants near by. As a matter of fact we are in the process planning our next family Davenport get away.

Absolutely Beautiful!!!

This is without doubt the most comfortable villa we have rented in the Disney area. The furnishings were designed for relaxation with ample room for a family. The most wonderful heated pool awaited your return each evening, with ample seating and pool towels all provided for your convenience. Every room was clean and inviting, the only recommendation I could add for even more convenience to the renter is to offer a welcome pack and perhaps an outdoor clothes airer would be most appreciated. Would highly recommend this vacation home and look forward to booking again in the very near future, with perhaps a discount offered for returning customers. Thank you for making this such a wonderful vacation experience.

Everything about the rental was perfect. Exactly like the pictures. Our group of six golfers were extremely happy. Close to golf, publix, and numerous restaurants. Pick this one and you won't be disappointed.

There were lock boxes on thermostats (so we froze the1st night & other night upstairs was hot) A/C wasn't working correctly after management came & unlocked them. Had to call management many times. No answer. During our stay there were workers spray washing house & painting going on. (NO PRIVACY whatsoever) Painter came to back door 8:30am & scared me, when I was in my pjs. Almost called the police. We asked them to come next day or when we check-out but they didn't. They broke garage window with spray washer & damaged our rental car when in our driveway. They forgot to replace entry door light so it was dark upon arriving in the evening to get key out of box & open door. Around 7:30pm every night the spa & pool shut down, so we couldn't enjoy it in the evenings at all during the week we stayed there. Oven didn't work. We thought somehow either management or owners would at least offer us a compensation for how we were put out on our vacation. Should have maintenance done before you rent property out. Beautiful house but won't go back or refer anyone to use.
