First floor walk out with large lanai and views of the pool. Our unit is one of the closet to the Konea tower and ocean. We have a nice grassy area in front of our lanai for your kids to play. Sit on yourlanai and enjoy the views of the pool while you are BBQing.

No need to look for parking when you can park in our garage right in front of our unit.

Our villa has been designed for style and the finest comfort. The spacious interior is 2047 sq.ft. with two master suites with full bathrooms, a guest bedroom with a full guest bathroom.

Each master suite has a king bed in each bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Our unit will accommodate up to 8 guests.
