Large Golf Course Villa with Lots of Space for Everyone!

We had a fantastic time here, Palmetto dunes is such a fun location for families. We rented bikes, played pickleball and tennis, hung out on the nearby beach and swam in the pool which was right next-door. We normally would play golf also but ran out of time. We can’t wait to come back again. Condo was well-equipped, clean, and roomy. The only suggestion I would have which is small, would be to have some basic spices like salt and pepper etc. so that if you are there for a short stay you don’t have to load up on everything in order to cook a meal.

She checked several times on us to make sure we were having a great time. I can't say enough about her and the property. Thank you and I plan on returning.

The master bathroom had a very musty, moldy smell to it but if you kept the fan running it was tolerable. The kitchen needs updating, but it is a nice unit with a good location. The reservations experience was pleasant and I spoke with nice representatives. Unfortunately that did not extend throughout the stay and we found PD agents quite rude in subsequent interactions. It really seemed like they didn't like their jobs very much. Still, we had a nice stay until the last moment when we were packing everything up by the front door and going through the list of household chores we were required to complete before departure. The doorbell rang at 9:55 am and the maid asked why we were still there. I called PD and again reached a rude agent who said we needed to get out by 10:00. It wasn't yet 10:00 and even so, we should not be harassed to get out. We were moving along and no guest should feel pushed out the door - it ended up leaving us with an overall unpleasant feeling about our stay and not wishing to return. How guests leave is crucial in retaining loyalty - you might want to keep that in mind.
