Large 4 bedroom Villa with private pool sleeps 10 very close to beach and marina

Overall it was a good stay. Only the dishwasher and the tools in the kitchen were not always sufficient. But we enjoyed our holiday.

A wonderful stay from start to finish. Management (Juan and Lee) were excellent and very accommodating, as well as making themselves available to reach during our stay. Lee even gave us a lift up to the local supermarket on our first night! Gracias Lee… Location slightly out of Calpe but we were aware of that having read the accommodation information. Two supermarkets and a lovely Chinese (Imperial) a 15 minute walk. Calpe itself around a 25 minute walk. Taxi or walk - your choice! Small cove a five minute walk with a lovely restaurant. If a beach lover, go to Calpe itself. In short, we highly recommend this property for a large family.

A fantastic spacious villa! We enjoyed 10 days in Calpe, the villa is located within walking distance of everything you need (some steep hills!!) a 20-30 min walk to the old town. I would recommend a car for ease. The villa is spacious with a great outside pool area. It’s very peaceful & has lovely gardens to relax with lots of day beds. The pool get sun all day A great welcome pack on arrival & Lee was super helpful with restaurant recommendations etc. Our favourite was Enigma!! Would recommend & would come back again!!

We celebrated my 50:th birthday here - and this really is a nice house with a nice yard and pool in a nice and quiet area, but it has a few flaws. * The fans in the bedrooms are all controlled with the same remote, so you cannot control one without also controlling the others (turn on/off lights or adjusting fan speed). * The double beds had just 1 big duvet - and it was not possible to get any extra * The lock on the door was half broken (but will be fixed soon according to the owner) All things concidered we had a great stay here but just wanted to point out the flaws too so you are aware of them.

Villa size was exactly as described a huge lounge and dinning area. This was excellent for us as we had a 22 month old baby with us and the space for him was fabulous. The fact that the villa is a bungalow and all on one level sold it to us as we felt it was very safe for the baby, which is was. I would recommend that perhaps another sofa or 2 chairs in the lounge would improve the comfort more and a coffee table too. The new barbecue was great. The pool is beautiful but can cloud over and go green if you wear suncream when going in it. We strongly recommend that you need a car to stay here as it was a little disappointing how far we had to travel to a shop, so location for us was not brilliant. Also with having a baby and a pram we found it to difficult to walk anywhere with the roads. We would have liked a resturaunt within walking distance and reasonably priced but there wasn’t any suitable. I also recommend that you re write the temperature on the oven controls as all the symbols have rubbed off and the timer doesn’t work ! There are ample plates and bowls but new cups would be a bonus as they are looking a little tired and the handle broke off one we used. All that being said any issues that we did have Lee sorted out asap and we did enjoy the holiday. Thank you.

it was good and relaxed

Flight was delayed but just made it before midnight so fortunately didn’t have to pay the late check in fee & Lee met us at the property & ran through everything…however once we woke in the morning & checked throughout the villa it was quiet disappointing really, it’s tired & could do with a bit of a refresh, cutlery supplied was dirty, chopping board was snapped in half, some plates n cups dirty & kitchen area just didn’t seem clean, 3 of the bedrooms were of good size & had air con but the 4th bedroom a bit small but most importantly no shutters so my son was woken every morning early due too the light & this room has no air con, blood stain on my sheet, but Lee did drop off a clean one the next day along with clean ones for the day beds outside & some loo rolls, washing powder, citrus candles...The outside of the property is in poor condition, the day beds are situated under a large tree so in the shade & it gets covered in dead leaves, buds dropping from the tree so didn’t really use them, the sun loungers provided have cushions on them but seemed dirty, old & they could either do with a good clean or replaced, extending pole for cleaning pool was broken but you could still use it, there was a broken ornament of a large donkey just left in the garden area along with some broken tiles, fortunately our group was of teenagers & adults so not a hazard but feel if you had a little one it could of been dangerous…

Nice house to stay in and great host

We had such a fantastic couple of days staying at the villa. A mixture of adults and teenagers, it was perfect for us all. The villa had everything we needed- kitchen utensils, hot water, WiFi, smart TV to watch Netflix and YouTube. We couldn't get enough of the mountain view from the pool it was beautiful. The area where the villa is situated in is a very quiet and peaceful area. The closest supermarket is around a 15-20min walk for everything else you would have to get a taxi into town. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday I would definitely recommend staying at the villa.

Very beautiful villa! There is everything you need. Very nice Calpe is not far from the villa, but definitely you need a car to feel comfortable. the beach near the villa has dark sand and not such beautiful like in Calpe.
