Stayed Aug 7, 2025The property is spacious, very well appointed and with a lovely view of the lake from the picturesque pool area. The beds and sofas are comfortable. The games in the garage are a welcome addition. The location is good with plenty of facilities nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025Villa was excellent and exactly as pictured and a high level of cleanliness. It had everything we required and only around half an hour from Disney. The pool was West facing, warm and had a lovely view across the small lake at the rear. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Stayed Feb 1, 2024This house was perfect for us. Four adults and two kids. Well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, bedding, games and sport supplies. Great pool with a great view. We are renting regulars in Florida and this is one of the best. The property managers were friendly and helpful as were the owners. Quiet safe neighborhood close to everything.

Stayed Dec 17, 2023The house was old and dirty, for instance, dishwasher was so old that detergent container wouldn’t close and we were told to drop detergent on the bottom. Consequently pans had stains on them, we needed to buy new pans. Furthermore, they increased pool heating cost by 33% just two days before the trip and it was only for 9 hrs/day run. It wasn’t the stay we weren’t hoping for.
