Do not rent.if you want heated pool it cost extra. If you want to check in at check in time of 4pm cleaning person was there 45 minutes after check in. Was able to enter but really inconvenient with her there. Code did not work had to call and get emergency code waited 2 hours past check in until they fixed it to make sure we could get in when we got back from going out. upstairs queen bed has a broken board in it railing on stairs wiggle interior doors do not lock. All fees not included in listed price you have to pay additional damage fee when you make the reservation you can pay a refundable amount which they decide what is damage or an amount that is not refundable. You cannot write your true feelings here. So here is your breakdown

The host was welcoming and provided good communication. The accommodations were comfortable and as described with tasteful decor; however, more basic supplies could have been provided. We would stay here again if we need a place near “the most magical place on earth”.

The property manager Francis was absolutely wonderful. He worked near nonstop the days we were there. There was an electrical storm that knocked out the wifi and cable for the entirety of our stay. It was not his fault but he worked almost nonstop for days to get it figured out. It was still out when we left but he immediately msged and stated that we would be recieving a small refund for being without one of the comforts that was listed. The house is comfortable and well cleaned. We really enjoyed our quiet little stay. The owners really need to give that man a bonus for the hours and care he puts into that home. Nice quiet neighborhood with a clean well appointed home.

I only stayed there for the weekend with my family and the house didn’t have toilet paper or soap to wash your hands or dish soap. The beds are very uncomfortable, the pillows are flat you need to fold them to rest your head, lastly, there was garbage in the main room downstairs from the previous people that rented the place. Everything inside looks old and outdated. The sink in the bathroom upstairs was clogged. Property manager was notified of no toilet paper but nothing happened. I would not recommend. It’s spacious and good neighborhood but did not provide the basics and it’s was very uncomfortable to sleep.

The place matched the description. It was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. I would stay again!

Lovely house with fantastic lake views. Close to all the theme parks and amenities. Communication with Francis was excellent and all questions were answered promptly

This house was fantastic. However there was issues with the heat of the hot tub and pool temperature. I will say the property management did address it fast and sent a guy out several times.apparently something had broke and it was just bad timing. They did go above and beyond to fix it and reply vastly to all and any messages. Other than that the house was amazing and clean and big enough for our whole family. We did enjoy our stay.

Firstly, Francis the property manager was great right from the start. Very quick to respond, very helpful and communicative and it felt like he was always on hand to answer any questions that we had.Check in was flawless, the property was as it was advertised. We were a family of four with lots of space, everything that we could possibly need in the house and no complaints at all. Kitchen was great, all the utensils that we could ever need and more. Lots of towels for the bathrooms/pool too, which was a bonus.Location was amazing for the Disney Parks - 15-20 mins on a normal day. Universal/I-drive was a little further (35 mins) but we knew that when we booked so there were no surprises. Neighbourhood was lovely - quiet and safe.The pool was fantastic - my kids pretty much lived in it when we were at the house. Good size, lots of pool toys and inflatables. And plenty of seating for the adults. Lake view was a nice bonus too!No complaints, I'd recommend the property and if we go back to the Disney parks I wouldn't hesitate to stay in the house again.Thank you Francis for all that you did to make the holiday a success!

Nice and cozy place in a quiet neighborhood. After a day at an amusement park, this peaceful oasis is the perfect place to relax and recharge.It was a perfect stay.

I am beyond happy with this property. It was the perfect getaway for my family to celebrate my son's 16th birthday. It's clean and in perfect condition. It's in a great location near shopping and groceries. The pool has a Jacuzzi and a stunning view from the backyard. The kids enjoyed the game room and pool immensely, which was great to see them off their electronics. Communication was superb, and they offered me additional time to stay at a discounted rate that we accepted. We plan on staying here many more times for more family get togethers.

I’ve rented several houses in Florida but I say this one was by far the cleanest. They stay was amazing and they had more games, board games, and movies than you could image. It was perfect for my family and I, and we had an amazing time. The host(Francis) was amazing as well with prompt responses to any concern I had. I will definitely e returning to this location in the near future!

Me and my family had a really nice stay here in Kissimmee in this house and host was excellent.

Easy lication to everytjing we wanted to do. It does need new updating with furniture. The manager was excellent asked for early check in and was not an issue. Was always available when we had issues. Even over a holiday! Neighborhood was very quiet

The owner was very easy to work with. The home was in a nice neighborhood and we played pickleball and enjoyed the games in the garage.
