This is a big house - two good-sized master bedrooms. Decoration may not be to everyone's taste, but this is a home for families who want to visit the parks and have a pool and decoration matches this spec.Has everything you need for your stay.It is clean, but will probably be due for a deep clean as the peak season approaches.Great communication from the owner. We had an internet issue, and she quickly got it resolved. (Grass cutters nicked the cable)The pol and spa heat was spot on, especially the spa, which can sometimes be set too hot.

Incredible property. Comfortable beds. Super clean. Beautiful. Wifi worked great. Nice neighborhood. Kitchen really well stocked with dishes and supplies. We paid for heated pool and loved having the hot tub and pool at a nice temp. Game room was super comfortable. Overall outstanding.

We stayed here from August 9th-16th, 2025. First thing is first...when looking at these pics, enlarge them! They are deceptive and make the place appear smaller than it actually is! PLENTY of space here. Very quiet neighborhood, lots of permanent residents there, no party animals or weed smell. Clean house and well organized. We enjoyed the pool/spa and watching the turtles and birds around the lake from the screened in pool area. The view is much better than looking at the back of some other house. Had my morning coffee out there while enjoying the view. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Master bath downstairs was nice, even my youngest was taking baths in the big soaking tub. Game room in the garage had enough to do when we were having some inside time. They have a pool table, air hockey table, and an xbox for your leisure. Kitchen equipment was more than adequate. We did use it a few nights to save money instead of going out to eat. Absolutely would stay here again.

We really enjoyed this property. Great proximity to Disney. House was clean with plenty of room for a large family or multiple families. We will definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for 2 weeks with my family, this property was ideal for us as it gave is enough space for the 3 adults and 2 kids.We were close enough to all the parks that we could decide when we got up what park we would visit that day. The owner was very helpful and was always contactable and even when we had an issue with the cooker the management team were there very quickly to resolve the issue. (User error).

We loved the pool and game room. Lots of space for 4 adults and 4 teens. Excellent communication from the host! Thank you for a great stay!

The house was great. We chose no pool heat since the June weather was in the mid 90's every day, however the pool was very chilly. The house was very roomy and the neighborhood was quiet. This was pretty close to the Disney parks, but Universal Studio parks were almost an hour away. Overall we recommend this house for a Florida stay and we had an enjoyable week.

This property was outstanding . First of all, the host had exceptional communication and is helpful and flexible when it comes to needs and check in . We asked for the pool and spa to be heated, so they helped us with that . You also have to rent a grill if desired, but that was there waiting and clean to use with propane . The house was immaculately cleaned . Probably the cleanest out of any rental we’ve used before. The living area is nicely decorated and very comfortable and accommodating . Unfortunately , the thermostat can’t be turned down below 75 degrees so when it’s 90 outside, the sleeping can be hot. Otherwise it’s comfortable. Luckily there are plenty of fans which was great ! The pool and lanai were amazing. Awesome view and it was fun to watch the wildlife everyday by the pond. The pool water was crystal clear throughout our entire visit - again cleanest pool and pool area we’ve ever had. I love how they have a covering /roof over the dining area so you can comfortably eat outside with shade and also if there’s an afternoon shower. It lights up at night which was very cool for the kids. The game room was stocked with lots of fun things and we enjoyed that as well. Plenty of towels, and kitchen appliances . The neighborhood is so quiet and safe. The close by neighbors were also so quiet, assuming they are not rentals so we were sure to be respectful . Lots to do nearby and close to Disney but far enough you get peace !

This house was perfect for our family! We were in the pool and the hot tub the whole week. The communication with the property manager was top notch!

AMAZING. Simple as that. My family and I were more than satisfied with this property. For being 1500 miles away from home, this house felt like home. We enjoyed every second we were there and it was hard to leave. If I could give a higher score than 5 stars, I most definitely would. My family and I will no doubt be back to this property. If I had questions about my stay or during my stay, my texts were answered within minutes. Thank you for the best experience and can’t wait to return.

We had all we needed for a great stay! Pool, hot tub, outdoor seating, game room, indoor comfort- we loved it!

Very nice loved the pool and view. We walked throughout the neighborhood every day and every person we met was very friendly. We enjoyed full sun on the pool deck all day, every day to help us reenergize for our return to Wisconsin.

We enjoyed our family get away! The house was clean and as described. The neighborhood was relaxing. And all communication with the property manager was friendly and prompt! We would stay there again!

We had a very pleasant stay, the house is identical to the photos. We enjoyed the swimming pool and its wonderful view of the lake. The location is ideal for doing all the parks and practical for shopping.

Location was great location to all the theme parks. Host was easy to reach and had all the information readily available upon check in kids loved the game room and pool parents loved the hot tub

Overall, the house was very nice. Exactly how it was presented online. Loved the pool! House was a little hot for us as A/C couldn't be below 75 but we made due. The location was ideal for us.

What a fabulous vacation to match the fabulous villa. Waking up to the lake view every morning was a great start to the day. Great location, far enough away from the hustle & bustle but close enough to get anywhere. The rooms were perfect for us all and big enough for privacy without being on top of each other. The communication from Zivka was excellent making sure we knew all the information making our check in, stay and check out seamless without any issues. All in all a brilliant villa where we felt at home from day 1. Would definitely recommend and will look to book again when we come back.

We opted to stay outside of Disney. Our stay was great. Wonderful home, pool, game room, decors and the home had everything we needed. Just a great place to stay and only 1.5 hours to the beach!
