Lakeside Villa - Highend Luxury & Elegance near Disney w/South Facing Pool/Spa

Location is great. Owner super nice and easy to work with. House was clean but in desperate need a a refresh. Some new furniture, new toilets, new bedding, new carpet and a coat of paint would put it back to 5 stars for me. Stayed in March of 2021 and gave it 5 stars but not much has changed since then so just needs some small updates to refresh it. It was clean and owners are great and close to parks though!

The home was clean and comfy. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We really enjoyed the hot tub to soak our tired feet and legs after walking miles at the parks.

This the second time we have booked this property. Yes it might not be gleaming, fancy or flashy but it fitted us perfectly. It was comfortable and had pretty much all we needed. The lake and the wildlife that came with it make our stay even better and the estate and local area, well you couldn’t ask for more.

Lovely location and very quiet area, not far from anything. Pool is lovely and great to watch all the different wildlife.

Lovely villa in quiet neighbourhood. A really good base to rest in after the busy parks. On arrival the pool had been left in a dirty state by previous people but after a phone call this was sorted quickly. Towels had been put away dirty too even though we are asked to wash them. Kitchen had everything we needed. The villa is lovely but could do with a really thorough clean through. Would still use it again. Thank you

This house has it all, wonderful living space, pool, lake view, wildlife right outside, supermarkets within easy reach and so much more in the lovely area of Clermont. We were there for quite a while so we wanted to treat it like it was our own home. We really didn’t want to leave.

Great location for a family and very accessible. We stayed for a cheerleading competition for my daughter. The cleanliness of the house/pool was a little rough and we left it cleaner than we found it but the club house and spacious rooms were great!

House was gorgeous, location was amazing but it was not properly cleaned. Counters were sticky dishes were not cleaned and there was dust everywhere. The pool was not cleaned as well, there was too much chlorine in the pool it burned my son’s legs.

Overall our stay was very good. The heating for the pool was not adequate. The breaker tripped three different times. The property manager was efficient and the second time was able to give instructions on the phone. Third time was closer to our departure date so didn’t bother. The dryer hose came off but the P manager fixed in a timely manner. I cleaned the patio door tracks for easier access. This house is great just needs a little TLC. Would certainly rent again.

This 4 bedroom house had plenty of room for a family group like us, 4 adults and 2 children. It was good to have the pool available as well as being very close to the community centre where there is a larger pool and other facilities. There are plenty of supermarkets and eating places within a short drive. The pool/table tennis table in the garage was very useful some evenings and on occasions when the weather was wet but the air football was not working. The property is in need of some updating and general repairs it is advertised as 'high end, luxury accommodation' and it has the potential to be this but currently there are things that need attention especially the bedlinen and towels (which were clean but well used and rather worn and discoloured). Furniture etc also needed updating and kitchen wares need improving to make the property 'high end, luxury', the vrbo advert mentions a Keurig coffee maker which the property manager says hasn't been there for a couple of years! The bed in the master bedroom is ridiculously high, the top of the mattress is 36inches from the floor which made getting into bed every night quite a challenge so I would suggest if you are below average height or have any mobility problems you seriously consider this. The bed in the other main bedroom was a little lower but still an issue for anyone less than average height or with mobility issues. The property manager was very helpful when required and the owner responded to questions promptly.

The house was just as described on the listing. The house was very welcoming and we had plenty of space. The property manager was very attentive to our needs!

Check in process to the villa very easy, all information provided promptly. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Villa is very easy to find and easy to navigate the surrounding areas. When we got there the pool was dirty and required dosing with chlorine as algae had started forming on the walls and floor of the pool and spa. Pool contractor was quick to respond but not exactly what you expect when you arrive. We paid extra for pool/spa heating however it only worked for a limited period, contacted property management company but no support provided. House is as displayed, furniture does required to be refreshed, one sofa in the living room has seen better days, no smart TV’s, air hockey table in the garage not working. Area is very quiet, mixture of residential and short time rental properties. Overall good base for our family holiday

Perfect quiet location, beds were very comfortable and would definitely stay again, only criticism would be that the spa jets didn’t work and air hockey table is broken and unusable!
