Stayed Nov 6, 2023Everything was good! The location was wonderful and pictures are accurate. We don’t stream, so we miss our cable, but sitting out on the patio was a good substitute.

Stayed Jul 13, 2023This house has everything you could need or want for a break in Orlando. Really well equipped for living and entertainment, quiet, with a lovely prospect, close to all the Theme park attractions, dining and shopping. Highly recommend this lovely spacious house.

Stayed Jan 1, 2023I booked this location because it was convenient to Disney, Water Parks and Universal. Because of that, however, traffic was very congested. The cleanliness of the house was average. After washing the sheets and bedspreads in 1 of the bedrooms, I found a water bottle, sunglasses, shoulder pad and hair tie. Another bedroom there another water bottle behind the night stand. Another bedroom another hair tie. The vacuum cleaner was noticeably dusty. The vacuum cleaner in the laundry room looked newer but the canister had not been emptied in Quite a while as it was full of dirt and dust. The bedspread in the master bedroom had a couple of stains. Some Shout and the stains came out. The property manager was very helpful. Had a few issues but they were quickly resolved.

Stayed Dec 26, 2022Communication with David was great. The house had more than enough room for the 5 of us (3 adults and 2 kids). We loved the pool. House was clean. Kids enjoyed the ping pong table and pool table in the garage. Check in-process was seamless. Home is located in gated neighborhood and all info was communicated before-hand. Would rent this home again in the future. Without traffic, the house is about 15 minutes from all things Disney!

Stayed Dec 23, 2022We enjoyed the house. It was the perfect size. We stayed at a Disney resort for a few days and needed to stretch out. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. Too bad it was so cold that the pool never got warm. So we didn't get to enjoy the pool area.

Stayed Oct 22, 2022Overall our family enjoyed our stay here and would consider going to it again in the future. Pros - Very close to the Disney parks (approx. 15 mins) - Feeling of security of being inside a gated community - 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for a family of 6 adults to all sleep and get ready in. Cons - House was not well stocked with tissue and toilet paper. Only supplied 1 roll in each bathroom, and 1 paper towel in the kitchen, as well as no tissue boxes, and no dish soap. Had to make an unexpected trip to Target to pickup these supplies that would have been nice if they were already stocked. - Paid extra to get the pool heated for the week and was a little disappointed it was not a tad warmer.
