Lakeside house, huge south facing pool with spa, lake view, Disney at 8 miles

This property is Fabulous!!! We used the pool/spa everyday- the view was beautiful- patio area had excellent sun with 2 umbrellas for shade so everyone was happy. The house itself was spacious and fully equipped. We had friends and family staying and everyone had their own space/bathroom - it was perfect! Thank you so much for providing a fantastic property!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lakeside house! The area is very quiet with minimal noise from nearby neighbors. The park parking area next to the house was nice space to for additional parking as the driveway will only accommodate one vehicle. The pool was well maintained. We had a minor issue with the downstairs cooling unit, but maintenance corrected the issue that day which was much appreciated. Overall a great property for our family vacation. Thank you!

Pool area was great with nice view. We paid for pool heat and it did stay nice and warm. Overall house was nice. About half complained of their beds not being comfortable. Would stay here again especially if mattresses were replaced so there was no concern about that.

The location of the property was perfect, the lake was stunning and the property was well equipped the only issue was the cleanliness of the property, which I reported to the owners and they said they will address this.

This was such a beautiful spacious house and we had everything we needed. Management company was very responsive to any questions we had.

The only issue we had was the game room it was extremely hot in there I think you might need to put a wall AC unit in there!!

Amazing Stay – Perfect for a Disney Vacation!We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home in Kissimmee while visiting Disney World. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated, with plenty of rooms for our whole family to spread out and relax. The swimming pool was a huge hit with everyone, and we especially loved the backyard view.  The nearby walking path was such a bonus!There was a very minor issue during our stay, but the property manager, Paul, was fantastic—responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve it without any distraction from our vacation.The location was perfect for getting to the parks easily, but it also felt like a relaxing retreat at the end of each day. We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again!

Our families and friends had a great stay. There was a lot to do at this property. Morning coffee by the pool was amazing! The kids loved fishing off the shore in front of the home. The host and management were great to deal with and very responsive. This place accommodated our 3 families comfortably. The only negative is that this home could use a deep cleaning. Overall, we had a nice stay. Thank you for hosting!

Our family stayed at the house for March Break 2025. We really enjoyed the house and the location. The house backs on to a pond with all kinds of birds. The community has lots of amenities, which the family enjoyed. The house is well maintained and provided more than enough room for the family. The house is well stocked with everything a large family needs to stay. We loved the house and location.

This house is beautiful. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Anything i needed and wanted the owner definitely took care of it for me. Thank you Willem. The maintenance man Paul was awesome as well. This place is highly recommended. Thank you again. I will definitely book this lovely house again.

We spent 2 weeks at this wonderful property. There were 7 adults in our party, the property was large enough for us all to have our own space as well as enough space for us all to get together. The pool was great, perfect for relaxing in after long days out.The view over the lake

It was a family of 11. We stayed here for 11 nights while visiting Disney, universal studios, SeaWorld. We enjoyed our stay very much. We heated the pool and it was great for swimming at night. The house was idea for us. The property manager responded very quickly to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

Lovely large villa and very comfy. Bed in King bedroom could do with upgrading…continually made a creaking noise and led to disturbed sleep but apart from that I would recommend the villa to friends etc.

Please see our findings below following our recent stay. Positives: Gated community. Great location. Accommodated all 14 of us well. Good size pool. Well equipped kitchen. Beach/pool towels. Responsive management team, many thanks Paul. Negatives: AC inconsistent. Water leak from the AC unit. Master suite toilet flush faulty. Plaster missing to the wall. Dirty carpets. Master en-suite shower very dated, loose/cracked tiles. Base units in kitchen had no handles, paint had ‘bubbled’ and peeled due to constant use trying to open them. Broken blinds in dining room and master bedroom. Broken stool. Broken shower head. Cockroaches/bugs that required regular spraying. No first aid kit. Only 1 controller for the PlayStation, table football figures broken and some pool queues had tips missing. Pool in need of some repair and fountain on constantly. We have read the reviews, however, we have 30 yrs experience of renting villas in Florida and do not share the 5*. We were drawn to this villa because of the description “beautifully renovated”. Sadly that is not what we found. This is clearly a highly utilised villa that has little down time to allow for deep cleaning and regular maintenance. Paul was very responsive and resolved some of the issues above but the fundamental issue is this villa is in need of a deep clean and update. It may have been “beautifully renovated” but some time ago.

We loved this property. It was well maintained and close to the Disney parks. The kids in the group loved the themed rooms. Everyone enjoyed the big and well maintained pool. Communication with both the host and property manager was easy. Neighborhood was very safe. We would definitely stay here again!
