Description

The villa has 3 bedrooms, a twin bedded room and 2 with queen sized beds. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet and is en-suite with large Roman bath, two washbasins, cupboards underneath and a separate shower unit. There are two lounges, one with dining area and the other with patio doors leading out to the south facing lanai and pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all one could wish for in a holiday home, huge American fridge/freezer with ice making machine, 4 ringed ceramic hob and large oven, dishwasher, microwave and waste disposal. There is a separate laundry room with washer and drier. The garage has space for 2 cars. Outside on the lanai there is a large dining table and chairs for al fresco dining and 4 sun loungers for enjoying the wall to wall sunshine overlooking the lake which abounds with wildlife. The pool and lanai area are south facing and you can see the sun rise in the morning and it stays until just before sunset.

A perfect escape from our cold and colorless MA weather. The home is lovely with plenty of space and all the necessities to allow us to easily enjoy our stay. Morning coffee on the lanai which has a beautiful view of the lake is a perfect way to welcome the day.

Had a great time in this spacious house. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood fairly close to several amenities. Aside from a couple glass tables not being super kid friendly, the house was large enough for my child to explore around. Would love to stay here again.
