Everything was great! Only complaint was only one pool stick had a tip and there was a quarter piece if chalk for the pool table.

This was our second time hosting a women’s retreat here. Such a beautiful home for a retreat. Appreciate the amount of beds. The large space for gathering. And the beautiful windows with a great view!

This is a beautiful property with privacy from the neighbors. We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The house was very clean and everything was in great working condition. I would highly recommend staying at this property. We used it for a work retreat. The main living room was perfect for our work sessions during the day. The living room couch was huge and very comfortable to sit on while we collaborated on our work projects. Thank you for being a great host!

What a fantastic stay at this Lake Norman gem! We celebrated a milestone birthday with a mix of kids and adults, and everyone fit comfortably. The house is in an ideal location on the lake, offering easy access to the big water for tubing and boating, but also quiet pockets perfect for fishing and swimming. Inside, the rooms are beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved how they cleverly used every bit of space to create extra sleeping areas – a brilliant touch! The kitchen was spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed, and there were plenty of comfortable spots to relax and soak in those stunning lake views. The hot tub was a huge hit too, perfectly clean and working great. One of the unexpected conveniences was how easy it was to get food delivery – we even had all our groceries from Publix and Costco delivered right to the house, which made our stay so much more relaxing. On top of all that, the management team was incredibly responsive, making our stay even more seamless and enjoyable. Things to Consider While our group had an absolutely amazing time, there are a couple of things future guests should be aware of: Bedroom to Bathroom Ratio: If you plan on using every sleeping area, the bedroom-to-bathroom ratio can be a bit challenging. Guests will need to be comfortable sharing, but our group was totally fine with it. Steep Hill to Lake Access: The house sits high up on a steep hill, offering incredible views. However, this does mean a bit of extra effort to get down to the lake. The funicular worked flawlessly, but with a capacity for 3-5 people, it can take some time to shuttle everyone between the house and the dock. Overall Score: 93/100 We couldn't have asked for a better spot for our celebration. Highly recommend!

Great location, great space inside and out

Stay was wonderful. We had a large family group. House was large and well equipped. Would recommend again.

The house is beautiful and well stocked and Evoke Properties people, especially Kayla, were so helpful! The communication was great and she responded quickly to our outreach. If we are in the area again, we will definitely be staying there!

House as advertised, spacious with lots of sleeping options, plenty of different areas for large groups to really spread out and enjoy. Very clean. Lake view is stunning. Host was attentive and responsive, but we had no issues.

Really nice place. Room for all of us to watch the game together. Not too far from golf during the day.

Great Trip and Stay at a magnificient property.

Beautiful property, plenty of space for everyone. We loved the outdoor patio and deck which gave us a great view of the lake. The tram is awesome, so nice not to have to lug coolers and everything down a large flight of steps to get to the dock. Of note, we did rent a boat during our stay however multiple local rental companies expressed concern about leaving a boat overnight at the dock as there is potential for the boat to bang up against the dock and get damaged. This did not prevent the companies from renting to us, just a risk of additional fees if the boat were to be damaged. This would not prevent us from renting this beautiful home again but might be important for some people to know.

Had an awesome trip with 18 friends. Beautiful location and great games.
