Lake Berkley Villa, Lakefront, Enclosed Private Pool, Game Room, 1GB/sec Wi-fi

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable and close to everything. The pool and jacuzzi was a total hit with the rainy weather preventing some of our plans. We would definitely come again.

Peacful quiet environment. Very clean very neat.excelent view of lake and wildlife.less than a minute away from walmart and short distance from Theme parks.overall best vacation ive ever had.

Our stay was wonderful. The house is in a gated community which was very well kept, quiet and safe. Close to walmart and so much more. The home is beautiful and was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of towels (even beach towels), kitchen utensils and cookware, two different strollers which was a great surprise since we traveled with a toddler and much more. Our kids lived in the game room the entire time we were there. It was a great hangout spot.A few cons but nothing major: there was very little toilet paper in each bathroom upon arrival which was not fun since we arrived at 1030pm. The pillows in the master suite need to be replaced. Recommendations for future renters: if you go for spring break, pay for the pool to be heated. We didnt think we would need it but the water was cold. We dealt with it but would definitely request for it to be heated next time. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

Very roomy home with comfy feel. We really enjoyed the heated pool..it was the worth the fee for April. Our kids enjoyed watching the neighborhood ducks.

Any question I had was answered quickly. The property was spotlessly clean. The beds were very, very comfortable. All the furniture was comfortable. Everything was up-to-date. The neighborhood felt extremely safe and was clean and well-maintained. The owners do tell you in advance, but just know they do not provide any laundry detergent or dishwashing liquid or anything like that so bring your own. It took us about 30-45 minutes to get to Universal Studios from here just because of horrible traffic.

Loved the pool & the game room for activities. Brought our own card games also. The house was amazing. Love staying at Lake Berkley (we have stayed in the gated community before). Would have liked speaker outside for music while in pool but used phone. Overall great community & experience :)

Beautiful villa! Very open and spacious. The view out back is amazing and in a quiet, gated community. Jeanette and Brian were very friendly and answered and questions quickly.We can’t wait to return :)

Excellent stay at this wonderful home. Spotlessly clean and fully as described. Have stayed in several properties at Lake Berkeley and this was as good as any we've stayed in.

WHat a wonderful house to stay in, in Lake Berkley. Beautifully presented, lots of information in the house regarding surrounding areas, and ideas of where to go/what to do. Spacious living areas, super comfy beds, generally well equipped kitchen (a vegetable peeler would have been handy though, haha). Disney on the TV was a hit with the kids, and so was the super fun theming in the bedrooms. The wi-fi was great, and we also really appreciated the ice/water machine in the fridge/freezer. Paying pool in the games room was a winner for the adults, and the children loved lazing on the sofas in there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house and would thoroughly recommend it. Lake Berkley is always a favourite of ours, and the street is super quiet. We'd be more than happy to book again if we return.

Fabulous house! We spent two weeks here and had the most brilliant time. (4 and and three children). The house is so spacious and is very well equipped. The themed rooms are great. Close to the parks and shopping. 24 hour security access to the site. We didn’t make use of the other amenities - club house, communal pool, play area, tennis courts as too busy at the parks! Would definitely recommend this house to others.

House was very clean. Description and pictures were accurate. Family enjoyed the pool table and the swimming pool. Cute decorations were throughout the home. Beds were comfortable. There was a nice view of the lake. Neighborhood was gated and felt safe. Would recommend.

This was our first experience with a VRBO rental. We really liked all aspects of this house and will come back next year. House was very clean and comfortable, excellent AC with cooling fans. Hosts were great to communicate with.

Our family had the best time. It was only 15 minutes from Disney. The place was absolutely gorgeous. Very nice pool. Plenty of towels and dinnerware. We also had a few duck families come to greet us. Would definitely go back. Thank you Jeannette & Brian for sharing your home with us.

Everything was just like the description. Plenty of room for 9 of us! Kitchen was fully stocked, even had a crockpot. About 20-25 minutes to Disney World. We would highly recommend this place!

The description of the property is very accurate. Rooms are as descripted as is rest of the house. Very positive comments from us except one thing. They say no condiments or cleaning supplies and they mean it. We had an infant throw up and the only cleaning supplies were paper towels and water. We bought supplies to clean the floor since we were going to be there all week. You need to bring everything from salt & pepper to dish soap. For such a nice property, seems a bit tight on supplies.

An exceptional gem of a home, from themed rooms to visual cues, character inspired pieces, customizations, memorabilia, all inspired from Disney! This gem of a home is spacious, with open lit rooms, game room, and a pool that is very inviting! Area surrounding is picturesque, meticulously clean, and close to everything! A phenomenal home that we so immensely enjoyed, and comfortably lived in during our stay! Truly our home away from home! We spent seven days at this property and had a fantastic time. The location, pool and interior of home were all very comfortable and accommodating. We appreciated the items they had available as well (cooler, beach umbrella, pool noodles, etc). Overall would recommend and will be staying again :)

The property was immaculate and clean. Beautiful decor for the local area. Plenty of space to spread out friends and family. Clean and safe community with polite guard staff. Orlando/theme park traffic was not terrible. Good options to get around and avoid major back ups on the road.

It is a nice property, clean and well-organized. There are minor inconveniences like about 10%of VRBO rental properties share;No Kleenex boxed, no extra toilet papers, no dishwashing items such as brushes, sponges, cloth etc., no salt and peppers, only a small handwashing soap but no regular soaps, shampoo or conditioner, etc.

Beautiful place. Our kids (aged 18-24) loved the game room, hot tub and pool. Nice peaceful and safe area. Loved the themed rooms.

The home was exactly as listed. It was clean, spacious, and charming. It served our needs for 10 days. The kids enjoyed the heated pool in down times. It wad close to the Disney parks. All of the bedrooms worked out great for all of us.

This house was amazing. The boys had a great time in the game room with the gigantic screen TV and pool table while everyone had a wonderful time in the pool and hot tub. There is so much space, the furniture is comfortable, and the themes in each room were so much fun. Thank you for an amazing week.

We found the property even better than we had seen online and the host was excellent.

Staying here really put a damper on our vacation! It says it is close to a lot of things but it takes at least 35 minutes to get to everything! The only thing it is close to is walmart. If you arent leaving the vrbo its fine, you can just stay in. But the speed bumps are terrible in the complex, you basically have to be going 5 mph to not mess up your car. The resort was closed so we didn't enjoy that. The place smells like cigarette smoke. We saw a few gekos in the house ( not a huge deal) but then we saw TWO roaches. The host said they are common in Florida. I have vacation in Florida for the past 7 years and never had that experience. They said send a picture but there isnt an option to upload so they sent someone to spray only two rooms and that was it. We wanted to leave but that wasnt an option because the host fixed the problem. But I had to try to deal with that while trying to enjoy universal studios.But we felt so gross, there were spiders and other crawlies. In front of harry potter room and game room, the AC leaked so there were many wet socks. It was just very annoying. My sister was able to book a place that was significantly cheaper and they had good spot and no bugs and there resort was open. The nice the was the themes and checking in. The pool lights up which is cool.

Beautiful villa. Comfortable, clean plenty of space. We’ve had a fabulous 2 week stay. The pool was a big hit with the kids (14 & 9) and the games room was great fun to chill with beer after a day in the parks. The hot tub wasn’t used much as it was actually too hot to sit in. Had to take Voldemort off the wall in the Harry Potter room though. He was a little too scary. The complex was lovely and felt very secure and safe. Great location for Walmart and some great restaurants nearby. Great facilities in the villa for washing too. Only criticism would be it’s a good 45minute to universal studios depending on traffic. 100% would recommend this villa to everyone and would definitely stay again. Thank you for a fab holiday.
