Stayed Apr 6, 2025The house was everything we were hoping for. The host was quick to answer questions and rectify any (tiny) issues. The neighborhood is definitely a working class neighborhood which some other reviews mistook fo something else. Our group of 15 kids and adults loved this place. Absolutely a lovely stay!

Stayed Dec 13, 2024The property was very clean, accessible to resaurants and grocery stores. Only problem we had was a utility pole had to be replaced which caused an outage from around 11:00 am until 11:45 pm, but the FPL worked diligently to repair the damage and utilities were restored.Please note there is a small issue with sugar ants in the kitchen, so the Combat Ant Killers need to be replaced. The pool wasn't heated and need some cleaning so we did not use the jacuzzi nor the pool.Overall it was a nice experience!

Stayed Nov 21, 2024The actual house was beautiful. The pictures inside are accurate. The neighborhood is a tough area. We did wake up to gun shots one morning. There was cat poop around the pool area and there was construction. Overall the rooms were great to stay in, would have loved to know about the neighborhood prior.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969There was 11 of us, and I was a bit skeptical but showed up & was blown away by the space in the house! And the beautiful guesthouse was a pleasant surprise, especially having so many beds & its own bathroom. Not many issues, but some that we did have were addressed immediately. The hosts were amazing the entire time, super accommodating and made sure we were having a great trip. I recommend anyone to stay here!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house is nice and spacious, and the management was responsive, promptly addressing our concerns. On our first night, we discovered some light bulbs in the backyard were out, and one of the shower heads was broken, causing water to splash on the walls and doors. We reported these issues, and they were fixed within a day or two. However, I have rated 3 stars because two out of our four-day stay were unpleasant. The outdoor pool, while nice, gets dirty easily with fallen leaves and bugs. We only swam once because of this. I requested a pool cleaning on our last night, which was done, but we couldn't use it due to a thunderstorm. While grilling in the backyard shade during the storm, we got wet as the shade's roof was leaking. Upon returning inside, we found water on the ground from the walls in the last room with bunk beds and by the doorway, which I reported to management. On the third day, an officer asked us to move our car due to construction in front of the property. Later, we discovered the water had been turned off because a construction worker hit a water pipe, leaving us without water for a few hours. One neighbor kindly offered their space for one of our cars overnight. Additionally, another neighbor frequently watched us from their stairs whenever we were in the backyard, and three stray cats visited on our first night, appearing at different times. Overall, while the house and management were good, the issues we encountered during our stay detracted from the experience.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This house was the perfect size for our group of 17 girls. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and there were plenty of bathrooms to share between us. I love how many full length mirrors there were in the house. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with whatever we needed for the weekend, which was super nice not to have to buy extra things. We liked having a door code if people got to the house at different times. The backyard was so cute and loved the pool and hot tub! The house is only 10min from the airport and about 15-20min to South Beach. It was the perfect spot because I feel like we were in the middle of all the places we wanted to go! The property management is easy to get in touch with because you can text them. Will definitely recommend this house to other people!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house was great for our party of 10. There was plenty of room and the backyard was amazing! Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. The hosts were nice and friendly and always available if needed. Check in and check out was super convenient and easy. Will definitely recommend and book again in the future!
