The villa is very spacious with a large open living room and formal dining room, kitchen bar and indoor kitchen dining table and outdoor screened table. Large outdoor gas BBQ and hot plate, outdoor dining table, private pool, entrance onto the sandy public Sapodilla Bay Beach and another option of steps directly into the water. 2 kayaks and 1 paddle board. Gated with security system.

Stayed Jul 9, 2022We stayed at La Koubba 9years ago and loved it!!! Since that time, vendors have moved on the beach with bars that stay open after midnight playing LOUD music with very foul language!! Vendors take all of the beach space that used to be used by residents of La Koubba by setting up umbrellas and chairs to cover the beach. Not very enjoyable for a family vacation!!

Stayed Mar 4, 2022The Villa exceeded my expectations. The house accommodated 14 guests perfectly. The common areas were spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor living areas overlooked the gardens and ocean. The door to the beach was handy. The stairs that lead to the ocean were very nice for easy access to the water. I would recommend this Villa to any group.

Stayed Dec 4, 2021Absolutely loved this vacation. Hope Levin was outstanding and very responsive to our every need. Communication was great. The home was perfect in every way. Our friends were blown away! Our only hesitation on the location is that Sapodilla beach can get quite active late at night.
