Stayed Aug 22, 2025The neighborhood is cozy and private in a cul da sac. The nature sounds at night and roosters in the morning are amazing and beautiful!! Absolutely loved it!! The neighbors are wonderful. Not to mention your maintenance lady Brenda was the best.

Stayed Feb 28, 2025We had a wonderful time staying in this apartment during our first visit to Puerto Rico, where the owners were very helpful with our questions and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly, with the roosters and iguanas being a lovely bonus that we absolutely loved.

Stayed Sep 6, 2024It was Wonderful! Loved the clean smell once we walked in the door. Everything was nice and everything we hoped for. We needed a broom and mop and it was provided fairly quick. Neighbors were quiet. Nice when spoken to. Fairly near to everything. We would definitely rent again. Thank you so much

Stayed Jun 8, 202420 minutes away from Airport and Old (Viejo) San Juan. Recommend renting a vehicle to tour around. Uber is available but there is a wait to get one from this property.
