Stayed Jun 24, 2023Excellent property for group of 6 adults- very quiet area -so if looking for buzzing nightlife try nearer to Cagliari- if like us you want relative peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings with all basic needs catered for (shops, restaurants bars etc) this is the place for you- the busy city of Cagliari is about an hours drive away. Excellent beach with clean safe bathing very close by- property was well maintained and in very good order- highly recommended 5*

Stayed Jun 13, 2023Stunning Villa with breathtaking views of Foxi Manna beach and beyond. Villa was exceptionally clean with beautiful decor. Fabulous garden with an abundance of beautiful plants. The infinity pool had amazing views across the bay. The nearest beach Foxi Manna was simply stunning. Communication with Maria was good ? There were 6 adults and 2 children in our family group and we all had an amazing holiday!

Stayed Sep 10, 2022What a fantastic villa! Everything was so well equipped and the views were incredible. Location is great, only a few minutes walk from the beach and shops/restaurants. Couldn’t fault it, would definitely recommend to anyone.

Stayed Aug 9, 2022Had a wonderful holiday at La Baia House. Could look at the view forever. Excellent facilities. Spotlessly clean and modern. Excellent communication with property manager. Wifi didn’t really work downstairs in the basement bedrooms (which were lovely and cool temperatures) but it was only the teens that noted this! All in all thoroughly recommended and we hope to return one day.

Stayed Jun 19, 2022This was a holiday rental for our large grown up family (7 adults ranging 21 to 60) & one infant. It did not disappoint in terms of the quality of the villa, which really is as good as described & shown in listing. It should be noted that the location is somewhat isolated (a car is essential) and there is some building work on-going above & below the villa .. but the isolation suited us in some respects & the building work did not interfere with our enjoyment. You need to be prepared to travel some way to the nearest town & for the best restaurants. But the beach is close but and has a nice beach bar for simple meals .. and good cocktails. I must mention the excellent host Maria who was verve helpful; we are most grateful to her. She responded promptly to any queries prior to & during our stay .. thank you also for her restaurant recommendations - Sam Omu in Tertenia is an excellent restaurant tucked away in one of the narrow streets.
