Kingston WHP 3C Ground level Villa w/pool/beach

Nicely updated and well-appointed condo in a beautiful resort. We had a wonderful stay

Beautifully decorated condo . Very spacious 3 bedrooms . We also spent lots of time outside on the deck with multiple furniture. Condo has everything you need for your stay to feel like home from coffee. Hand soap to laundry detergent included. Since it was very hot in July we drove to the pool and always found the space even during busy season. You can walk also if you choose to the pool and beach, and it will take you about 10-15 minutes.Condo is very peaceful and quiet location. We were there for dance competition and some people from our group stayed at the beach and they regretted that since it was too busy , they complained waiting for elevator for 30 minutes at times. The Kingston plantains is very nice we went to Black Brewery couple times for dinner and food and drinks were amazing. We would definitely come back if visiting again Myrtle beach .

Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would not shy way of staying there again. We have stayed in another condo by this owner and the cleanliness compared to it was just not there but overall it was still clean. I had no issues with the cleanliness, just was not as up to par as last year in the last condo we stayed in. I just wish it offered more of the stuff in the Kingston plantation, but the listing does tell you that it does not give you access to those things. I just wish that they were an option, especially if you have children. Will definitely stay with them again and will definitely stay in this unit again.

We were in town for a Women's conference. It was an easy drive to the convention center and a comfortable place for the men and kids to spend their day.

WHP 3C was a cute 3bd/2ba first floor condo at Kingston Plantation. The primary bedroom was large with plenty of closet space and updated shower and cabinetry. I'd recommend bringing extra hangers for clothes. The kitchen was large but some of the cooking pans have seen better days but got us through a few breakfasts. The dishwasher is new and worked well. Full size top load washer with dryer was great for our weeks stay to allow us to wash clothes and towels as needed. Very convenient!!! The couch and swivel chairs in living room are worn and could be updated for a more comfortable seating arrangement. We enjoyed the back deck with table and chairs which were shaded and comfortable to enjoy the green space and walking trail sidewalk to nearby ponds. Parking was an issue during the weekends so we had to park further down from our condo and walk back to our condo so there is no assigned parking spots. Overall we enjoyed our stay and this condo met our needs.

Was the perfect spot to get to the beach and to a couple golf rounds, awesome neighborhood.
