The living room is audio visual equipped with a 60HD smart flat screen TV with expanded channel service. The kitchen is very functional and includes appointments such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, including a DeLonghi Magnifica Automatic Espresso Machine and Cappuccino Maker, a Keurig machine, and a standard drip machine - enjoy a cup of coffee overlooking the lagoon and Turtle Point 18.

4942 Turtle Point Villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, each with a 32 LED HD flat screen TV and private baths. One guest suite offers a king bed and the other has two twin beds, both with new mattresses. The primary bedroom is located on the 2nd level and also includes a new king bed and mattress, a 46 HD flat screen TV and a beautifully redone bath with separate soaking tub and deck overlooking the lagoon.
