Stayed Oct 10, 2025It was a bit rundown, and some things did not work. Light bulbs were burnt out, the ottoman was torn up, hairdryer did not work, some of the kitchen cabinets were kind of falling apart, the porch door was really hard to open and close. The most annoying thing was that the TV in the only bedroom that had a TV did not work at all. The tech who showed up to fix it said it needed to be replaced. (The TV was also tiny.)

Stayed Jun 5, 2025Weather was wonderful. Very relaxing. Villa was very clean. Suggest a pad or topper on master bed; was too hard for us. However twin beds were comfortable. Otherwise everything we needed was there. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024I stayed with my wife and 2 young daughters. One of the daughters had a tennis tournament. This is walking distance to the courts. Also it's a great location to the Sanctuary if you want to venture down to rent bikes or grab some lunch there. I felt like the place looks exactly like the pictures. I recommend for a weekend stay.

Stayed Dec 22, 2023The villa is a little outdated; mattresses were terrible and the living room furniture was very uncomfortable. The screened in porch was very nice and location to the boardwalk and beach was convenient and a lovely walk. The villa was close to everything on the island. We had a lovely time.
