This opens to a dining area for 4 and down to the living area with cozy interiors, a flat screen TV for entertainment, custom cabinetry and an office nook to work from the beach, if essential! The living area opens to a delightful deck overlooking park-like surroundings - all just steps to the beach.

This Windswept Woodland Suite comfortably accommodates 2 guests. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with a king bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and luxury bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower and custom vanity with a granite countertop. The master suite opens to the deck. Upgrades to this luxury Kiawah villa include a separate half bath for guest convenience, added storage, plantation shutters, columns and lighting.

Beach Access: Beach access is directly from the building at Boardwalk at 20 & 21.

Please Note: The use of the fireplace is prohibited. This is an elevated building and there is one flight of stairs to access the villa.

Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.

Parking: There is parking for up to 2 cars.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

*Notice: From February 18 through March 31, no access will be allowed to the rear side of Ocean Buildings 3 and 4. This includes all rear boardwalks, unit walkway connectors, and rear stair access. During this time, Boardwalk 21, located between Ocean Buildings 3 and 4, will remain closed. Beach access will remain available via Boardwalks 20 and 22. Please be advised that construction activity and associated noise may occur during this time.

    The location is wonderful for beach walks. We were looking for a quiet week to relax and enjoy morning walks on the beach and bike rides on trails and beach. Perfect for what we wanted. Unit was clean and just as pictured in the listing. We would love to return again.

    The location is fine but the outside area is dark and in need of some repair. There is a very noticeable musty smell in the unit, and it needs attention. It probably needs a full-time dehumidifier. Difficult for anyone with any breathing or allergy issues.

    Property is well kept and clean. Really cozy and easy access to everything Kiawah has to offer. Just a minute walk to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed our quick getaway as we attended a wedding. The condo was perfect. Thank you!

    Great location, renovated unit. Furnishings are very dated - sofa in living room is extremely uncomfortable & faded, it really needs to be replaced. The bed linens are also dated & the bedskirt looks sloppy in the bed.

    Convenient location - loved The Nest. Found shells on the beach. Everything smelled musty - even our clothes after we left. Had to leave a day early due to feeling bad — allergies and odor was irritating.

    The location couldn’t have been better for the triathlon. Very clean and well represented in the pics. Even had laundry detergent with the washer and dryer which was awesome after the tri! Top notch place and service!
