4426 Windswept is a comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 3rd floor ocean view villa beautifully remodeled and updated for a luxury Kiawah Island vacation. Located in Kiawah Island’s popular East Beach Village, you’re minutes from Night Heron Park and world-class golf with beach access direct from your building.

Upon entry, guests will admire the new open layout and coastal feel. Elements of white, grey and driftwood carry throughout the home, reclaimed wood embellishes thewalls, with comfortable furniture and warm, elegant accents to compliment. The kitchen features pale grey cabinets, a deep farm sink and hardwood floors with brand new, stainless steel appliances and a beautiful industrial hood over the range. The kitchen overlooks the dining area and offers a more open layout with columns replacing some interior walls.

Continue on to a spacious living area with large windows offering plenty of natural light and wonderful ocean views. The fireplace is the aesthetic focal point of the room, made of white brick hearth and surround, with a distressed barn wood mantle and custom cabinets on either side. A corner desk looking out over the majestic Atlantic Ocean is the perfect spot for those needing to work from the beach. Sliding doors offer access to a covered balcony with new patio pub table and chairs.

Parking: There is parking for up to 2 cars.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

*Notice: From February 18 through March 31, no access will be allowed to the rear side of Ocean Buildings 3 and 4. This includes all rear boardwalks, unit walkway connectors, and rear stair access. During this time, Boardwalk 21, located between Ocean Buildings 3 and 4, will remain closed. Beach access will remain available via Boardwalks 20 and 22. Please be advised that construction activity and associated noise may occur during this time.

    Stunning unit. Would stay again! Comfy bed! Luxurious. We loved Kiawah Island and this villa. We would love to come back. Only wish we had a few more towels or maybe laundry detergent to wash them.
