4418 Windswept is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom villa in Kiawah Island’s East Beach with gorgeous views of the ocean and dunes, and direct access to the beach boardwalk from your private deck!

This second floor Windswept villa offers an open living, dining and kitchen area. The living area features a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, cozy window seat, and access to an open deck with a tranquil view of the tropical landscapes and sand dune, and direct access to the beach boardwalk. The kitchen is well-appointed with granite counters and an adjoining dining table with place settings for all your guests.

This Kiawah Island ocean view villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in 1 bedroom with a sleeper sofa in the living area for an additional two guests. The master bedroom has a brand new King bed (3/2022), flat screen TV and beautiful corner view windows. This unit is very welcoming and perfect for a stress free week at the beach. Elevator access is available in this building.

Pool Access: Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Beach access is directly from the building via Boardwalk 20 and 21.

Please Note: The use of the fireplace is prohibited. Please let us know if the sleeper sofa will be used so we can be sure to provide sheets.

Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.

Parking: There is parking for up to 2 cars.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

*Notice: From February 18 through March 31, no access will be allowed to the rear side of Ocean Buildings 3 and 4. This includes all rear boardwalks, unit walkway connectors, and rear stair access. During this time, Boardwalk 21, located between Ocean Buildings 3 and 4, will remain closed. Beach access will remain available via Boardwalks 20 and 22. Please be advised that construction activity and associated noise may occur during this time.

    overall great experience. beach front, easy access to beach. clean. easy check in and check-out. there was no lint filter in the dryer so that should be looked into.

    This condo has been recently updated and it is gorgeous! The ocean view from the corner windows and window seat are amazing. Our family of 4 had just enough space and really enjoyed our stay. Super easy beach access steps from condo, also very close to Town Center, Night Heron Park and bike rentals.
