Welcome to 4308 Windswept, a spacious second floor Kiawah Island oceanfront villa located in the popular East Beach Villa community. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa boasts high quality furnishings, an ocean facing deck, quick access to Night Heron Park and the Sanctuary, and a boardwalk straight to the beach!

The open plan living area features high vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light and tranquil ocean views. There is plenty of space to gather with friends and family, a sleeper sofafor additional guests and a flat screen TV for entertainment. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and opens to the dining area with seating for 6. Begin and end your day on the covered deck admiring wildlife and breathtaking ocean views.

This Windswept Villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms with a sleeper sofa for two additional guests. Upon entry, the queen guest room will be to your right with a new flat screen TV and full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This bathroom can also be accessed via the hall. The master bedroom is to the right of the living room with a king bed, new flat screen TV & a tub/shower combo in the bathroom.

    Excellent property with great view. Only suggestions are installing grab bars in the shower/tubs as well as no no skid mats to prevent falls in the elderly and help with transfer.

    Needs updated. Mattress on beds terrible. Bathroom showers really need updated. Some mold present. Outdoor lights on property out making diff to see entering condo at Night. Garbage left outside of neighboring condo entire stay. Great view and location. Should be rated. Good not excellent

    Gorgeous view! Love the location near Night Heron Park and the beach! We had the best Thanksgiving week, and we even cooked Thanksgiving dinner while we were there.

    Location and view were excellent. The condo itself was dated. The blinds did not work/ were dirty and some of the paint was poorly done in the master bedroom. The blinds on the master did not work at all. Likewise, the television packages were absolutely barren in watchable shows. You’d expect that for how much the owners make off of it, they’d do a little tender love and care on the place to keep it modest. I mean just throw 3-4k a year into maintenance. Overall would stay again, but price needs to be lowered, or repairs done. You’re really paying for the location and view.

    Very good rental experience with amazing potential. Spacious for a 2BR, good layout and of course excellent views and beach access. Downsides are limited to dated and worn finishes and a few light bulbs that were out, a door that wouldn’t latch. Minor stuff.
