This recently renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom first floor Mariners Watch villa is conveniently located near Night Heron Park and Kiawah Island’s pristine beach in the sought after East Beach Villa community. A short 3 minute walk takes you directly to the beach or Night Heron Park.

    Couch should be replaced and the bed was just OK. We could not get the living room fan off of a high setting, so we would have to switch it off. There is a little bit of mold in the back of the shower. Otherwise, the unit was a good fit for us (2 adults).

    Very charming condo located in a prime location on Kiawah Island, just across from Night Heron Park. The unit is clean and comfortable on the interior -- and includes a screen porch that overlooks a lagoon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

    Arrived around 8pm to find our rental not cleaned from previous guests. After summoning housekeeping things went better. One piece of feedback, the directions to our unit were a little cryptic and because we arrived in the dark we had quite a time finding our unit. Goggle maps wasn’t all that great.
