Stayed Jul 20, 2024Lovely unit in a great location! Easy access to the beach and close to several golf courses. The covered deck is perfect for really hot/sunny days and for being able to sit outside during a pop up storm. You get the great breeze off the ocean but protection from the elements. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! We had one appliance issue during our stay that was handled quickly with no disruption to our day. One thing to note for future guests, when they tell you they provide minimal starting items - like hand soap, dish soap, etc. they are not kidding. The condo is totally bare bones. No starter shampoo or body wash, not even salt & pepper or minimal spices. It wasn’t s big deal, but just know ahead of time that you will have to buy or bring everything you need. But as far as kitchen appliances, cooking utensils, plates, cups, etc the unit is well stocked. We look forward to visiting again!

Stayed Apr 1, 2024Had a lovely spring break week here. The villa is comfortably decorated and in a great spot on the island. The kids (and adults) were able to bike to golf, play pickle ball, hang out at Night Heron park, etc. The deck is great with a lovely view of the ocean. The kitchen had just about everything we needed to prepare several meal. My only complaint was that there could be more plates and glasses. We had to run the dishwasher after each meal to make sure we had what we needed for the next.
