Keramoti Villas - Villa Ariadni - Outdoor Heated Jacuzzi - Heated Pool

First time to Crete and our stay on the Western coast was amazing. This property is absolutely beautiful and Mario is an OUTSTANDING host! He was incredible helpful and always available.

Amazing views, sunsets, best ever villa experience! We have had the most relaxing week here. Some lovely tavernas all very welcoming. Niovi was extremely pleasant and helpful offered to get our shopping for us instead of us driving. The coastline is spectacular but the only downside is the roads, a little scary in places but all part of the adventure! Fabulous ! will certainly return very soon.

The villa was just as described. Very clean with modern amentities. The yard is the star of the show with incredible views and several sitting areas. The roads on this area of the island are not for the faint of heart.... No street lights, lots of turns, single lanes and often no gaurdrails. We found the tavernas in Kampos to be best local options for food. Lefteris was our favorite and has incredible views. We would stay here again!

Our family if 5 stayed here for two weeks and enjoyed every minute. The villa is perfectly located on a hill with spectacular views overseeing the ocean, with superb location in relation to the immaculately beautiful sunsets the area experiences. There are only a few other villas in the area and our villa had full privacy despite this. Very well-functioning villa with two beautiful master bedrooms (each with a whirlpool, a personal bathroom and a beautiful terrace) and one basic room with two separate beds inbetween the master bedrooms. We were happy to discover that cleaners visited twice per week with great service. Pool, heated whirlpool and several table sets were nicely placed so as to have sunshine or shade at whatever time. The telescope was a really nice bonus as the sky was clear with stars and further illuminated by the moon during the nights. Nice taverns with authentic cretan food within a short driving distance, while some offer home delivery directly to the villa. The beautiful Elafonisi beach is a pleasant coastal drive away (approx. 30min). Unlike the touristic areas of Chania and Elafonissi, the area around Keramoti is largely untouched nature and unspoiled Cretan villages. The area is located off the main roads. It's worth studying the area a bit in advance with physical maps since google maps is not quite accurate with recommendations for best routes. Both Niovi and Mario were very kind and helpful hosts and we were greeted with considerate and swift help whenever they were asked. We rented a car from Keramoti cars via Keramoti villas. This worked well for us; the car was clean, new and well suited for Cretan roads while the rental process was very smooth. Thank you Niovi and Mario!

Keramoti villas - Villa Ariandni Absolutely stunning villa, total peaceful and relaxing setting and top cleanliness inside and out. The whole experience from start to finish was 5*. Cannot find any negatives at all. We would like to thank Novi,Mario and their team for making our stay such a wonderful time. Totally recommend their villas to both couples and families.

Hi We loved our stay at this villa. The views in all directions were breathtaking. We enjoyed local walks and trips out to local tavernas. The hosts couldn't do enough to help us, the house was very comfortable and the pool was a treat. We had a little trouble with some of the local roads as there had been heavy rain and some landslides. We found this a good excuse to relax and forget too many outings.

The house exceeded the description. The location of the house is fantastic: It is surrounded by olive trees with a stunning view over the sea. The house is well maintained with a beautiful landscaped garden and a large pool. The equipment is well maintained. We were impressed by the great shine and friendly care by the manager before the trip and during the stay. It absolutely requires a car, as the nearest small supermarket is 15 minutes away. There are several tavernas nearby where you can eat well. By car you can reach the beautiful sandy beaches of Elafonisi, Balos or Falassarna. There are secluded bays (not sandy!) in the immediate vicinity where you can go for a swim. The nearest large towns Kissamos or Chania are worth a visit. In Kissamos (45 min.) there is a big supermarket and also other shops. The always blowing fresh wind has let stand the summer temperatures well. For those who love the solitude and peace this is the perfect stay - we would definitely recommend this house and would love to come back again.

We spent a week in one of the Keramoti Villas in July 2016 (villa Ariadni; one out of five villas). The villas are perfectly situated for a calm and relaxing vacation, as this western part of Crete is more or less hidden from the hordes. Just a few minutes from the villas we actually found a pebble beach where we were completely alone, and which was great for swimming and snorkelling. Very clean and safe. Nevertheless, the famous sandy beaches of Elafonissi and Fallassarna are also within a fair driving distance (~ 20 and 40 minutes, respectively) if you should prefer some more facilities. The villa itself is very spacious, spotless clean and equipped with everything you need for a nice holiday. The large pool and beautiful outdoor area are facing the sea, and offers a spectacular view of the sunset. At arrival we were welcomed by a representative of the management, who will bend over backwards to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Grocery deliveries are offered free of charge (you only pay for your merchandise), and you can also have dinner cooked and delivered to the villas for no extras. Summarized: Great value and highly recommended.
