Stayed Aug 24, 2019The house was lovely but communicating with the owner was appalling. She never ever answered emails. Finally I had to call the website and at last located someone who could help and so I could arrange checking in etc. However there was no information available in the house about either workings of the house itself (lights, locks etc) or local contacts and possible places to visit (which would have been nice). The only time we met someone who appeared to know anything about the house and woman arrived with a man at about 9 pm, did not introduce themselves and demanded to know why we had turned out the lights by the pool. They were very rude. Overall I loved stying at the house but management was appalling. When it came to leave it took me 4 days to get a response about where to leave keys (initially we were only given one set also even though we were 5 people). When they did finally reply with a suggestion it was unworkable.
