Stayed Mar 25, 2026Great house for a large group. Kitchen and gathering area upstairs including dining area and outdoor deck space is stellar! Modest ocean view from upstairs. 4 bed queen room upstairs is bunk beds. One of the bedrooms downstairs is without easy bathroom access. Beautiful back yard area that is perfect for kiddos, including a one year old. Equipment provided is much appreciated. Snorkel gear, bikes, scooter and more! We spent most of our beach time at Poipu as it is close, kid friendly and beautiful. Good snorkeling access, turtles resting, etc. We found it easier to drive to our desired locations. House is clean, well appointed. Communication with host was smooth and quick. Hot tub and pool ( tiki bar!) used dailyHighly recommend. Check with host that room layout is what you’re expecting and meets your needs.

Stayed Mar 16, 2026The location of Hawaii Haus is excellent! The paths to Shipwreck and Brennecke’s beaches are really only steps away. The house is extremely well-equipped with everything you need! It is spacious and bright, comfortable and decorated with thoughtful Hawaiian touches. The manager was very accessible, kind and responsive. Overall the home is in good condition with a few repairs required. The space is ideal for six or more people. All bathrooms are located within bedrooms, so sharing these spaces is necessary for larger groups. The neighborhood is charming and located close to amenities in Poipu and Koloa!

Stayed Feb 14, 2026We had a wonderful stay at Kai Lani. We went with good friends, and in total, our four teenage daughters. It’s a gorgeous property in a lovely location. What a beautiful view we had every morning. Everything was clean, new, and uncluttered. We had a great time lounging together in the mornings in the main living area making coffee, and eating breakfast. For lunch, our girls could go off on their own. It’s a beautiful walk to the beach, great for running, too. We walked along the coastline to the shopping center as well. The families took turns making dinners. The kitchen is well-equipped with a large refrigerator and separate large freezer, as well as a grill outside. Lots of pots and pans, mugs, cups and wine glasses. There is a lot of space inside and out to hangout as a group, for smaller conversations, or for reading alone in a quiet spot. We loved that the girls could room together in the bunk beds. The beds are big, and the bunks, sturdy and well-made. Each bed has a small little built-in cubby with an outlet. The hot tub and pool were nice as well, with plenty of towels for the bathrooms and the beach.We stayed in Poipu for most of the week but also drove up to the North Shore for snorkeling, and then another trip to Waimea Canyon for a long hike. Beautiful and easy road trips from this part of the island. It was the first time for some of us to visit Kauai, and we loved it. We highly recommend a stay at Kai Lani Villa Poipu. What a lovely week we had together!

Stayed Feb 2, 2026First of all, the location was excellent, strategically placed between beaches within walking distance.The home, pool, and hot tub were all great, and the home was equipped with all-new accessories. Finally, the host Rachel was absolutely superb! I've stayed in many rentals, and no one was as helpful as Rachel.
