Stayed Jul 2, 2021Home is spacious. It roomed our entire family. However, we were extremely disappointed the theatre room plus one restroom had no power. We were not given any notice. Part of our family had to shower in the dark. Management team sent someone but we were not given a call for update. Instead we got back to a note at door basically saying nothing could get fixed timely. The restrooms need work and updating. Doors don't lock, multiple leaks and electrical issues. Nice neighborhood but security was rude to several of our family members. Overall it served as place to stay but not worth if you are looking forward to enjoying a big functional space where family can stay comfortably. ?

Stayed Feb 12, 2021House size and number of rooms and location were very good and met our need but the house was in very poor condition. Did not give a wow first impression when entering. And all the repairs and cleanliness needed was very noticeable through out the house. Had property management at the house every day. WiFi/cable not working, jacuzzi empty, filling back up, emptying again, no jacuzzi bubbles, moldy house binder, dirty and moldy upstairs windows, drapes dirty, and many other items. I provided all info to property management company hopefully the owner will correct. It is a shame that a very nice house was not maintained properly and that the owner did not care what people were walking into to spend their vacation.

Stayed Nov 21, 2020My Thanksgiving vacation was very good but would have been perfect had this house been what it was portrayed to be. My problems started from gaining entry to the property until leaving. My name was not on the list which caused a big conflict. I had to call management who I turn had to call the company that booked me. All the while I'm waiting which the whole confusing time took 25min.to gain entry to the property. The house itself needs to be updated, the comforters, the beds,the rugs are dirty,the latch on the shower door in one of the bathrooms downstairs is broken where as the water is coming all over the floor as you shower. There are holes in the walls, one of the TVs didn't work. One of the bathtubs upstairs stop up,you can see the problem has existed to the point the ceiling downstairs has been damaged. The gameroom pool table need to be revised as all the pockets have been torn and the balls fall out.The surround sound doesn't work in the Theater room. The patio deck furniture can be nice if the cushions were tossed and replaced with new ones as they are filthy. But the real disappointment was I paid extra for the pool &spa to be heated for eight days only 2or3 days it was heated and once for the spa.I had to call Blue Ribbon management approximately 4 times about issues with the pool.The first call was the day after arrival. The first pool guy did something right &the pool was warm for 2 days ,the spa never worked. I called 2days later second guy put some gadget in the pool where he said the pool reads 81 degrees. I'm in the pool telling him it's cold.Every issue we had he claimed he couldn't fix it.(it was the day before Thanksgiving we gave it a few more hours to work it didn't. Called back was told noone could come until after Thanksgiving. That Friday I called was told by a lady named Courtney if anyone comes out again I would be charged. Really to fix something that was supposed to work that I paid for?. The First maintenance man came back found out pump on spa was broken. Over all we made the best of this house. It's spacious, the kitchen is nice,& the living room. This house need some serious updating and care.

Stayed Jun 7, 2019We had an awful experience during our stay. We were only there for two nights. To begin with the wrong address was given which caused issues with the gate guard and the access code. There was a lot of miscommunication with where to get our correct info, there’s a binder in the house, a Vrbo app, a guest portal that can only be accessed through a link via email. So confusing for a guest! You call the blue ribbon management and they say to call Sweet homes and when you call no one responds for hours or the message says to call Blue ribbon. We shouldn’t have spent our short weekend “calling” people and making complaints. The house was not well maintained at all. The carpet is in awful shape, the floors were sticky as they were not mopped. There’s markings all over the walls. We had dirty towels folded up. They offered to send the maid service the second evening, which at that point was too late we checked out the next morning. The pool fence was broken, maintence came out to “fix” it but did not do a good job because the kids could still push through it. The baby gate for the stairs doesn’t fit the stairs. The pool guy came on Saturday to “clean” the pool which was our only full day there and told us to “go take a nap”, kicked the kids out. There was no one staying in Sunday, no reason why he couldn’t have came on a day no one was staying or in between check ins. There’s chipped tiles in the kitchen that one of our kids cut their toe on. Also the company doesn’t provide wash clothes which apparently that listed under the many sites you have to go to find information, which is insane. But they also don’t provide bath mats which isn’t listed. We were told we would get starter supplies and their were NONE. The game room was in poor shape with broken darts. There was mold on shower heads and washing machines. Unsafe drawers in the fridge that were broken. We left the house to eat breakfast in Champions Gate, we realized we left something at the house and went back before 10 am and our code had already been changed! We paid up till 10 am, there was no excuse for that! We paid a lot of money to celebrate our weekend with family and this was such a disappointment. Please avoid the headache, DO NOT stay at this house or do business with these companies!

Stayed Feb 9, 2019The clubhouse was amazing, and probably would have been a great time had we actually stayed here. Upon entering the rental property, we found the house was unimpressive, in a state of moderate disrepair, and just not clean. The bathrooms were gross, every wall on the first floor was dirty, and we were sticking to the tile all over the place. There were so many issues to speak of that we ended up getting transferred to a different property. Christina from the management company was a godsend, and saved our 3 days at Universal. Once moved, we were able to enjoy the remainder of our vacation.

Stayed Dec 13, 2018Very spacious home! House shows a lot of signs and wear. The pool pump did not work. We had to end up placing a service call. Once we arrived there was a VERY STRONG CHEMICAL ODOR in the house. I believe a protective coating was placed on the floor in the garage. We were not notified about this at all. (Health reasons we should have been notified, at the least material posted regarding this). With kids in the house that was a concern. I reported this as well. I am assuming because of the odor, many windows were open on the lower level, we were not notified about that either. If we didn’t check ourselves windows would have been left open overnight.

Stayed Oct 5, 2018Once we arrived everything was lovely until we started to enjoy ourselves by getting into the pool. I reached out 2/3 hours after check in and no one answer bc the office was already closed. The pool heating system was not working and did not work the whole weekend which made a huge difference within our stay for our kids. I've been reaching out to get a refund for the heated pool fee but no one has been able handle the situation or get me to the correct management. I would like for someone to contact me asap in reference to this issue.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My friends and I stayed here for a few nights and there were 14 of us and this home worked out well for our visit. The home was as described. It’s really nice and large. The home was clean upon arrival and we loved the home a lot. We will be recommending this home to our friends as well as family.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The home was clean, quiet and has lots and lots of room. We planned for 10 people but came with 14! This home was extremely spacious and was able to accommodate everyone easily. We did not have any issues during our stay and we would highly recommend this home to our friends and family who like to visit Disney or any other parks nearby. We will definitely book this home again since we live in Miami.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This home was fantastic, beautifully decorated and was clean and a terrific deal. My Children loved having their own rooms. I’ve stayed in several properties throughout the years in Orlando, but none compare to this one. The large heated private pool was a nice treat each night. There was a publix supermarket and drug store for all necessities right outside the community. I would stay here again, knowing that I will definitely not be disappointed.
