Stayed Jul 25, 2025Our family of four spent a week in this unit, which met most of our needs. It was practically on the beach (critically important when the heat index is 117). The bathroom had a large shower with great pressure and a handheld shower head, also very importan for our family with long and thick hairs. We used the kitchen for cooking one meal a day and were very pleased that all the non-stick pots and pans were almost new. Cooking utensils were in great shape too. It is our experince that these things are rarely true when we rent. We had an issue with the A/C unit during the stay, which was promptly addressed by the owner. Andy even sent us a restaurant giftcard for the inconvenince. We did expect this, but we definitely appreciated it.The reasin we didn't give this place a 5 star rating is its size. We felt a bit cramped in the unit as our kids are 11 and 17. The beds they slept on are meant for smaller children. The kitchen table is also meant for 2 only, and not 4. Overall, it was hard to move around the unit with all of our belongings there.

Stayed Mar 20, 2025We were looking for a reasonably priced condominium in an ideal location. Just Beachy was perfect. Very easy walking distance to the beach and Coligny Square. The pool is right below the second floor unit and there is plenty of secure parking spaces. The bike path that connects to miles of Hilton Head trails is right out in front of the complex. Everything you would need for your stay…towels, dishes, silverware, etc is provided. Nice accommodation!
