Just a stone's throw to the Cape Harbor marina

I loved my stay here! The house is beautiful, clean and in a great neighborhood! Very close to everything! The manger of this property is awesome and very down to earth! Will definitely stay here again!

The house is perfect for a family or a group of friends. Relaxing views from a large pool to the canal. The pool is quit relaxing at 81 degrees, with the option of a heat increase and plenty of comfortable seating. The inside decor is modern with three full spacious baths & very comfortable beds and bedding. Plenty of towels and kitchen necessities. Flat screen TV’s in all rooms with you tube tv and other subscription network options. TV’s will only be needed during downtime late night hours. The neighborhood is amazing and quiet, with neighbors that are invisible to your stay. Just 25 minutes from Fort Myers, 75 minutes to Siesta key, 40 minutes to Sanibel & 80 minutes to Marco Island. Everything you need and want is right at this house. I highly recommend morning and nightly swims (so relaxing). Highly recommend for anyone looking for no regrets. Thank you! William

Beautiful area. I love the feeling of being in the poolside along the canal. The house was very spacious and clean. Close to everything you need for a relaxing home away from home feeling with the family. The property manager was attentive and informative. I would definitely stay again and again. Thank you!

The house was great for our family! There was plenty of room and lots of great extras..beach umbrella, chairs, fishing poles. The master bedroom could use new window coverings as they don’t provide much privacy or block the sun and the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was fully equipped. Even had a high chair and pack and play which I was not expecting. Very friendly check in/out. Everything we needed. Highly recommended

Our family wanted something very special to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday ! We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful home and enjoyed every minute! The decorating, open space, beautiful large kitchen area and lanai were all so perfect! We hardly wanted to leave the villa, but when we did it was so nice that the Marina area with restaurants and shops were walking distance if we chose to. Cape Coral as a whole was a place we'd go back to and definitely would rent this place again. Highly recommend it!

Me, my wife and our 3.5 yrs old daughter stayed in this beautiful house this January. House is located in a quiet neighborhood, its spacious, clean, and equipped with anything you might need starting from cookware (we are not fans of restaurant food and we were preparing all our meals by ourselves) to some play sand toys for kids. Beautiful home in a great location. It was so quite most days we wondered if anyone else lived in the neighborhood. Nice large heated pool and sliding doors that opened the living room up completely to the pool deck. This is a very convenient location just a mile from Publix and Walgreens and across the street from the Marina. This home was even better that the pictures in the listing. I was here for almost 5 weeks and would definitely come back and stay again.
