Jobos Beach - WHAT I NEED! Oceanfront Villa with Sunset View

Wow! What a great location and atmosphere! Right on the beach, we loved hearing only the waves and breeze in the palms at night. It was blissfully quiet here!! Place was clean, very well stocked and pictures were accurate. The beach is perfect for beach combing and long walks.

Fantastic place to stay! Phil was an amazing host! Was pouring rain when we arrived and he met us when we got out of the taxi with an umbrella helping us unload our luggage. Touched base with us several times during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. Perfect location.

Wonderful place within steps of the beach.

This is a very pleasant and well equipped retreat. If anything, it is better than the pictures. A rather secluded beach is a few minutes walk and many good restaurants and public beaches are nearby as are the towns of Aquadilla, Isabella, and Rincon. The host, Phillip, is very helpful and quick to respond to communications. My wife and I are already looking forward to returning to this spot. I highly recommend this wonderful retreat.

The apartment was very clean. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the hot water in the indoor shower rarely worked. Phil told me that the hot water was on demand and he would call a plumber, don't know if he did but it was not working when we left. Also it was close to the airport so we could hear the planes coming and going.

The four of us absolutely loved our stay! It was perfect for my parents who wanted to walk on the beach at sunset, and for my boyfriend and I to find fun beach activities nearby. Although the beach isn't quite safe for swimming, there were plenty of swimming beaches less than a 5 minute drive away. We loved some of the near-by restaurants that we stopped by for dinner & drinks! It was nice having two rooms that were of decent size and a full kitchen for when we decided to make dinner ourselves! We are already thinking about coming back next year, and sure hope that we can!

This is the most amazing little villa with everything you could possibly need or want. The host was attentive, gave great recommendations, and pays attention to details. Quiet location yet close to the action at Jobos beach. Centrally located to many wonderful beaches and attractions. Couldn't have been happier.

The villa was a great base for our exploration of the island. The property was easily accessible, but secluded enough to provide relative privacy. Yet there was no concern for safety.
