This place was perfect the pictures on the site don’t do it justice it is a lot bigger and more spacious than what we had excepted lovely location great holiday

The villa is a fantastic size Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and crockery Pool is a great size and always in the sun Housekeeper didn't visit when had been stated (to change towels) Never replenished toilet roll - had to twice buy our own Pool floor had sharp edges that regularly sliced feet

Lovely, large villa with lots of amenities in a very quiet, clean neighbourhood. Stunning pool area with bbq. Would thoroughly recommend, the only drawbacks were one smelly bathroom with a slow draining shower tray and there is only one key.

Lovely stay, the best measure is deciding whether you would return, which we would. We never managed to get the internet connected to our devices but we weren’t too bothered, and the pool was pretty cold but we got over that. Otherwise, great place to spend the week.

Nice stay for 8 people. Furnishings are a bit dated but did not bother us. Would definitely come back.

Difficult review this week has onetwo issues, particularly with wi-fi but they were finally resolved l. Katherine got someone to attend the day after Christmas which was good. the issue was a silly clerical error on the password card which wass not so good. I pondered giving 4* but in the end the issue that was important to us was resolved (wi-fi) and the minor maintenance issues (not resolved) did not affect our stay so I give 5* because Katherine resolved that in the middle of the holiday period - that could not have been easy! Everything else was excellent location, pool, cleanliness, unexpected maid, size and space.

2nd time staying here and already booked for next year Very spacious villa. Perfect for 8 or even more people. Could do with some updating. Doors sticky to lock/close. Pool bar had rusted off.

Lovely, spacious villa, good size pool and plenty of outside space. Kitchen is big, well equipped with glasses, plates, cutlery, 2 coffee machines, washing machine, washing line outside. We love this Villa & Carvoeiro, just returned from our 9th stay. Really close to local restaurants all very good & a 10 minute stroll to beach. Town is only a 10 minute taxi ride where you will find loads of restaurants & music (maybe summer only) Some things need updating:- beds, sliding doors, bathrooms

A lovely villa with plenty of space and amazing pool in a very nice area. Plenty of usable items catering for all needs, we had a pleasant stay. Internal lounge furniture needs an update, it is warn and looks dirty/greasy, it needs a good clean. The mattresses on the double beds are excessively hard and uncomfortable, making for a difficult, relaxing .

We liked everything! The service from Elite Rentals was good from check in to check out. The villa was amazing which made our holiday perfect! We could not fault anything.

What a lovely holidays we had!! Villa is beautiful and spacious. Outdoor and swimming pool amazing! Short walk to gorgeous beach and restaurant. We couldn't ask for more :)

We had the most amazing week at the Casa Joanna! The villa was as described and even more beautiful than the photos, so comfortable to stay in with doors opening from the back bedrooms to the patio/swimming pool area too. Katherine and others from the rental company were always so helpful and quick to get back to us with answers to our questions. Our kids spent so much time in the pool, which was really well maintained (someone came to clean/maintain it twice in the week we were there). The villa is also just a 10 minute walk to Centianes beach which is beautiful and quieter than nearby Carvoeiro, it also has an amazing restaurant called the O-Stop, and we got a tour of the caves from the beach too. There’s also a good choice of other restaurants within walking distance too. Thank you for such an easy, enjoyable stay - it was such a memorable holiday for us all, and we can’t wait to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay for our cousin's wedding. The setting, the villa, the pool everything was of quality and we felt very good there. Everything is 7 minutes away (beach, restaurant, shop...). Great! My 6-year-old daughter even left a drawing while writing Muito obrigada! We will be back because we were delighted. Thank you Katherine for your hosting quality
