Japanese Retreat

Location was convenient and quiet. Huge home plenty of beds for everybody. Pool and hot tub was nice our party enjoyed our stay here!

We had a wonderful stay. The house easily accommodated our group of 15 with room to spare. The pool was awesome and the outdoor amenities were perfect. The host was super responsive to any questions we had!

The house was great..Josh and Aya were awesome. I was a little disappointed to find out that four of the rooms were connected and you had to walk through to exit. We made the best of it and had an amazing time. The outdoor space was perfect for my birthday celebration!! We enjoyed every inch of the home, especially the bathrooms, pool and hot tub.

Our stay could not have been better. The house was perfect with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was great. And best part is the backyard and pool.

Our group of 22 had a great time at this place. The house was kept clean, nicely furnished, and looked just as we had expected from the photos. The layout of the home has a nice central meeting spot for the group to hang out, and the pool with the waterfall made for the perfect day out in the sun. Aya was a fantastic and responsive host.

Wonderful home to house our extended family of 20 for a week long stay in Vegas. Everything was as described, with very communicative staff. The heat wasn't working in one of the wings of the home, and a electrician was promptly sent over, even later in the evening.The pool area is awesome and fun for the kids and adults.Rooms for improvement are:The home has a cohesive theme (Japanese retreat) but the furniture placement and pieces feel a bit mismatched and cobbled together. The other would be cleanliness, we found a bit of dust and dirt in some of the rooms. but was quick to clean.Overall I would definitely come back, what a wonderful stay!

We spent countless hours lounging by the expansive pool, which featured three waterfalls and a grotto hot tub. The pool had an app, which let us control the heating and the water slide.Gourmet KitchenThe chef-inspired kitchen was a dream come true. Equipped with double ovens, a double stove, and a double fridge, it had everything we needed to prepare meals for our large group. The wine cooler and sleek Japanese-inspired bar added a touch of elegance to our dining experiences.Comfortable AccommodationsEach of the 10 bedrooms was spacious and well-appointed, ensuring everyone had a comfortable retreat. The bathrooms were equally luxurious, featuring rain shower fixtures and massage jets that provided a spa-like experience. One of the guest rooms was thoughtfully equipped with free weights, allowing us to host a group workout session.Entertainment & ActivitiesThe villa offered various entertainment options, including a billiards table, double flat screen TVs, and a Pickleball court!

We had a wonderful time here - 8 couples from all over the country for Dead and co at the Sphere. We stayed several nights and had fun cooking together with big breakfasts and lunch barbecues . We enjoyed the pool area and had putting and cornhole tournaments .The stereo and disco lights made for some fun dancing and we enjoyed the pool table .the house was very comfortable for us all . The bedrooms were well equipped , each with a good bathroom and shower or some had baths .Iwe knew that some of the bedrooms could only be accessed through others or by separate putdoor entrances and that helped us plan. The owners were extremely responsive and accommodating / that was one of the high points of the stay . We had some minor glitches which they repaired immediately . We highly recommend this house for a group such as ours looking to enjoy not only Las Vehas but also each other.

Everyone in my family had so much fun. The details of Japanese theme was beyond imagination. Every room had its own privacy, which everyone appreciated. From the decor to the cleanliness to everything else, everything was amazing and on-point. We will definitely be back here and highly recommend it to everyone.

Brought a group of coworkers to the house for 4 days during a conference. House is on a quiet street, 10-15 minutes to the strip. Check in was easy, representative showed us around the house. Everything was as advertised, would definitely stay there again if we come back to Vegas.

We had a wonderful time. The open space with kitchen, dining area and living room was spacious and perfect for our gathering. The 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms worked wellOutside the heated pool and hot tub with water slide, the pickle ball, etc. kept us well-entertained. We loved it.

Hosted a surprise birthday dinner here, and we could not ask for a better place to bring all the family together. More than enough room and amenities to take care of 10 families. It was absolutely beautiful, clean, organized, and everything worked as expected. Would love to come back!

8 senior men on a golf trip Worked for us, but, two of the bedrooms you had to walk through another bedroom to reach them. This should be explained in their property summary Otherwise, property was up to expectation

The house was a great spot for all of us to hang out together instead of separated in hotel rooms. Great spot too only 13 mins to the strip.

Check in and check out process was a breeze. Had some issues with the refrigerator, but luckily didn't need it. Communication with the property manager was prompt and professional. It was perfect for what we needed.
