Jabba the House – Southern Pool, Star Wars Themed!

Jabba the House is a 4-bedroom vacation villa with 3 full baths located in Indian Creek, just 2.8 miles from Disney World! It has a private, southern facing, heated in-ground pool with an attached hot tub surrounded by a screen enclosure and privacy fence. This entire villa is decorated with a Star Wars theme, not just the kids rooms, THE ENTIRE VILLA!!! It has a king master suite, a queen bedroom with a full bath just outside it's door and two twins which share a third full bath.

Need more than one villa We own the 4-bedroom villa to the left of this one and the 5-bedroom villa to the left of that one so we have three villas in a row on this street! We also own five other villas in nearby neighborhoods. Ask us for more details.

The optional pool and spa heat is available for $30 PER DAY PLUS TAX IN ADDITION TO THE DAILY RATE. Pool and spa heat is recommended for stays occurring October through April. Please let us know if you want the optional pool heat for your stay and we will add it to your reservation. Pool and spa heat is included free of charge in June, July and August.

Jabba the House is an awesomely cool Star Wars themed villa! Not just the kids rooms, THE WHOLE VILLA IS STAR WARS THEMED!!! Jabba the House is a beautiful vacation rental home 5 minutes from Walt Disney World in sunny Kissimmee, Florida. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This spacious villa sleeps 8 people in total comfort. The great room boasts a large, combined living and dining area which is open to the nearby kitchen and breakfast nook. The southern facing swimming pool with attached spa sits on a private pool deck surrounded by a screen enclosure and a privacy fence. No vacation home is complete without a game room and this one is no exception, featuring a pool table and Foosball table. Let's explore all the amenities in more detail!

One of the most commonly prized amenities is the pool, and Jabba the House has a great one! The spacious pool deck offers plenty of room to relax around this large southern facing pool with attached hot tub. No walking out of the villa and falling into the pool here! A southern facing pool is desirable for the most sunshine on the pool throughout the day, but if it gets too hot, sip on a drink at the table and chairs located in the covered lanai. If it's cooler, enjoy a soak in the hot tub. This unique, level-bottom hot tub makes a nice kiddie pool when the jets are off. Of the three exits from the villa into the lanai, one is from the master bathroom, so no need to walk through the villa with wet feet when nature calls. The screen enclosure covering the pool deck keeps out the bugs and lizards, while the privacy fence keeps out the prying eyes of neighbors. If you have little ones, the pool alarms on all doors and the removable toddler fence provide a safer and more relaxing experience for all. If you are visiting in the cooler months or just want to make use of the hot tub, POOL AND SPA HEATING ARE AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

The inside of Jabba the House is even more spectacular than the outside! Upon entering the villa, you pass through a hallway lined with Star Wars pictures and wall art before emerging into the open and bright great room. The skylights in the great room and kitchen make it hard to tell if lights are on or off during the day! The formal dining table has seating for six persons while the breakfast nook off the kitchen has seating for another four persons. There are also an additional two bar stools for seating at the kitchen counter. All the tables and chairs in this villa are chrome and glass with black leather seats. The family room has an L-shaped, black leather and chrome couch surrounded by chrome and glass accent tables and lit with futuristic looking lamps and light fixtures. The 55-inch, flat-screen TV has been wall-mounted over a floating, black entertainment shelf with the iconic Star Wars logo above. The entertainment shelf houses an Xbox One gaming system along with some games and movies for your enjoyment. All five TV's in the villa have free cable TV through Roku streaming devices which means all TV's can also login to your favorite Roku apps like Netflix. The phone in Jabba the House also has free calling anywhere in the US. The bright kitchen has a side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water and ice, a dishwasher, a range and a microwave. The kitchen is of course fully equipped with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals or easy lunches to take with you. There is also plenty of plasticware for use by the pool. The 14-cup coffer maker is accompanied by a stocked, coffee caddy, so if you arrive late at night, your first pot the next morning is on us!

Off the right side the main living area of Jabba the House is the master suite. The master suite features a king-sized bed with a brand-new mattress, walk-in closet with a hotel style safe, and a 40-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. The master bath is a full bath with two sinks, a huge garden tub and a giant shower. Off the left side of the great room is the queen bedroom. The queen bedroom has a queen-sized bed, closet and wall-mounted, 32-inch, flat-screen TV. The full bathroom just outside the queen bedroom can be shared or used just for the queen room making it just as good as a suite. Both the king and queen bedrooms are also decorated with Star Wars décor. Off the right side of the main entry hall are the two twin bedrooms and shared bath. Both twin bedrooms have been completely remodeled with Star Wars bedding and matching décor. One twin bedroom has a wall-mounted, flat-screen 32-inch TV and the other has a wall-mounted, flat-screen 27-inch TV. The shared, full bathroom has also been remodeled with Star Wars décor.

Opposite the twin bedrooms off the main hallway is the game room. Jabba the House has a newly remodeled game room decorated with…you guessed it Star Wars décor! The game room features a pool table and foosball table surrounded by all the Star Wars movie posters!

In addition to all the fun stuff, Jabba the House is equipped with all the necessities you may need for your family vacation. There are a washer and a dryer located off the main entry hall stocked with oversized pool towels. The villa is stocked with one roll of paper towels and a kitchen welcome pack which includes a few garbage bags, some dishwasher tablets, a small laundry detergent and some hand dish washing supplies. Each bathroom should have at least one roll of toilet paper and a hotel size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and a bar of hand soap. There should also be coffee filters in the coffee caddy. For those with younger family members, there is a pack-n-play, a stroller and a highchair. We love to host families, so if there is something missing, just ask us, and we will consider purchasing it for the villa!

The final amenity of Jabba the House to consider is the dedicated ownership. We acquired this villa in July of 2018. We were lucky to get it! The previous owner was great, and the villa was kept beautifully but we wanted to change the décor to something more fun! We now have seven villas in the area, and we have near perfect reviews on all our villas. Our business philosophy is simple: provide an impeccably clean villa, constantly be upgrading our villas and provide the best customer service possible! • Wall mounted the 50-inch, flat-screen TV and installed a floating entertainment shelf below it

• Replaced most accent rugs with modern looking rugs
• Replaced most pictures in the common area and the 1st twin bedroom to build Star Wars theme
• Redecorated the first twin bedroom with Star Wars bedding and décor and new paint
• Redecorated the game room with Star Wars décor and new paint
• Redecorated the shared bath with Star Wars decor
• Upgraded the bed in the master suite from a queen to a king with a brand-new Simmons Beautyrest Recharge Signature Select Bay Spring 14 Luxury Firm Pillow Top Mattress and new bedding
• Restocked kitchen with new silverware, pots and pans and kitchen accessories
• Added new, oversized luxury pool towels
• Replaced all tables with new chrome and glass tables with chrome and leather

Fall of 2019
• Themed king, queen and second twin room with Star Wars décor and bedding
• Upgraded TV's in queen and both twin rooms to wall-mounted, flat-screen TV's with Roku
• Added Roku devices to all existing TV's in villa
• Added a phone with free calling in the US
• Replaced beds in queen and second twin room
• Repainted second twin bedroom
• Started repainting the living areas
• Added more Star Wars décor throughout the living areas
• Replaced two loungers by the pool
