This Italian themed 3-story, high-ceiling, luxury home is perfect to accommodate a large family or two, with it's 4 bedrooms + 2 bonus bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, beds for up to 12 guests and luxury soft 1000-thread-count egyptian cotton bedding.

An antique renaissance-themed decor furnishes the house. Relax, decompress and catch the vibe. Cook an authentic Italian dish in our fully stocked gourmet kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Or use a grill for a grigliata (italian BBQ) for your family. Whatever the occasion is-there is a bottle of olive oil and some handcrafted artisan dinnerware set waiting for it in the cabinet.

Enjoy the quiet and beautiful view of the large pool with sparkling fountains, oversized hot tub, and the tropical garden with tall palm trees from furnished lounging balconies. Or, take our provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and wagon, and walk into the oasis of sugar-white sand beach and crystal clear waters of the Emerald Coast through the private beach access gate. There is a nice oceanfront seafood restaurant that is conveniently located right next to the beach for a quick meal or a drink. The villa is in close proximity to all local attractions, the shopping mall, and restaurants and has a convenient parking for up to 3 passenger cars or light trucks. Larger trucks or boats can be parked at the overflow parking right across the street.

For the entertainment we provide free wifi internet, large 4K Smart TV in the living room and smart TVs in every bedroom, complimentary Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and IMDB Tv with tens of thousands premium on-demand movies and shows.

One free ticket to a dolphin watch and sightseeing cruise included with every night you stay with us. Means if you booked let's say 5 nights, you will get 5 complimentary tickets (for stays under 7 nights only).

Weekly and monthly reservation discounts are available. We are pet friendly (breed restrictions and additional fees apply). We have a very strict homeowner association in order to make sure that all guests are comfortable. No house parties are allowed and no one under 25 is allowed to rent in the neighborhood. *Furniture / decor at the house and nearby developments are always changing. The photos may vary from how the house is currently presented.

*Bonus bedroom with a king pull out bed is connected. Means there is a door between two bedrooms for privacy and each room has its own bathroom, but in order to get into one bedroom you have to walk through the other one. House is 4 full bedrooms, +2 bonus bedrooms with pull out sofa beds for a total of 6 bedrooms that can be locked for privacy.

*There is an extra twin pull out bed in the master bedroom and bonus bedroom downstairs for larger parties or people with difficulties using stairs. We have a lot of stairs!

*The villa has a limited closets space, as we have to store personal items as well as extra linens and supplies. Please use drawer chests and folding luggage racks provided.

*Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by the HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 adult at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.

*Outdoor security cameras, noise, and smoke detectors are in-use. On-site security staff have the right to check ID's, refuse entry, as well as, evict guests found to be under age, producing excessive noise, or violating HOA policies.

*A $59 per reservation insurance fee covering you for up to $1500 of accidental damage is required with all reservations.
