Island Treasure Villa

We liked everything about this property. We stayed for 7 days and felt right at home. We liked that the host left a phone number to be reached in case of anything. We met Alecia the young woman that cleans this property, she stopped by to freshen up the property if needed. No one bothered us, we walked the property went to the grocery store to the pool we enjoyed all this Villa had to offer. I would recommend this property to friends and family. Thank you Alecia for stopping by and checking in on us. We had a great time

Beautiful place to be

I gave a 4 star just because the check in process can be improved, it was not convenient. This was our first family vacation post pandemic lock downs - and my brothers 1st visit back to Jamaica in a little over 30 years so this was a special trip for us - we rented 3 villas in this community for our family. My brother and his wife stayed at this villa and of all 3 villas the check in process for this one was tideous - we stayed a few days in Kingston at a hotel to catch up with family on that side of the island - access to WIFI is limited on the island and we did not want to incur roaming charges on our international phones so we emailed the property manager about our arrival while in Kingston so we could get the check in information for this villa - the response was we will get the information upon arrival ? which I thought was a little off putting because we needed the information in order to arrive to the villa to check in - as stated we had 2 other villas in the same community and we have stayed in this community before in the past so we knew where we going, and figured we would get to one of the other villas and check the email for instructions through WIFI as we did not have a local phone to call - when we got to the gate, we did not have an address for the villa so the security had to give us the address - we found the villa quite easily but did not know how to get into the villa as the security had no further instructions on how to access the villa! - So, we checked into the other 2 villa which was a seamless process as the check in instructions were sent to us 3 days before our arrival with address and steps to access the property. So my brother and his wife could not get settled into their villa until we checked in to the other 2 and got access to WIFI etc. we had to borrow a local phone to call the number for Ms.Alice at which point she gave us the code to access the villa. The check in process can be better as the other 2 villa sent us the information timely and we had no problems accessing those villas as we had address and access code prior to our arrival and could settle in with ease. Apart from this issue - the villa was great, tastefully decorated, my brother and his wife enjoyed their stay tremendously - minor hot water issues but Ms.Alice was easy to get a hold of and addressed their concerns promptly - it was refreshing as mid stay she offered to come and freshen up the villa for them- Great stay all around. This was a amazing property and the arrangement with the property was really good, I own and run a high end travel concierge company and we will def be sharing this property with our clients and friends wanting to go to Jamaica.

We stayed here for a few days with two adults and 4 kids during our 2 week trip to Jamaica. We found the house very clean and comfortable and the owner was very responsive. Contrary to what the map location suggest, the house is not in Ocho Rios, about 10 minutes west. After staying there for a while we preferred being away from the crowds and noise of Ocho, only venturing in for the supermarket and restaurants. The location is conveniently located and quite with a large pool in the complex, a nice place to cool off in the evening.

My family spent one week at the Villa. The place was a home away from home. House was very clean, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped with everything, yard had a banana and papaya tree. The flowers and shrubs are spectacular. The pool was huge and clean I will be returning again. Loved it there. I felt so safe and people there are friendly and helpful. It was a trip we will not forget
