I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation here is always great. We love it here. It’s unfortunate that the prices have doubled since 2021 and we won’t be able to stay at this property next year. Had to find a neighboring property that was almost $1000 less for the same week and similar Villa.

On site staff very helpful and always available to answer any questions. Owner was very responsive to questions even over holiday weekend.

Great location-just a short walk to the soft sand & beach loungers provided. Clean rooms & 6 of us were able to comfortably stay for our family vacation.

Reviewer Comments: The villa was wonderful and the staff very attentive and responded in a timely manner when need. The door on the second room wouldn’t close and the sponge for the kitchen was missing . But overall the unit was very comfortable and homey.I will be staying there again.

Reviewer Comments: The Villa was in a great location and nicely updated and comfortable. It appeared clean but when walking around barefoot you realized it was clean. There were some items that needed fixed and/or replaced but the complex was nice and very convenient to many things! Also really appreciated the free beach chairs!

Reviewer Comments: We have gone to Island House quite a few years and love it every year. The villa was very clean when we got there and the grounds were beautiful. The pool was a great place to meet people but this year they needed more lounges. We would recommend Island House.
