Stayed Aug 9, 2024Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and had all of the required kitchen utensils. The beds were comfortable and the extra bedding was nice. Close to the beach with a trolley stop directly in front of the property.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The size of the villa is perfect. Some spots would put the unit over that top if updated, specifically the rug outside, on the porch. Also, the unit could be left a bit cleaner than how we found it (dirty floors and weird smell)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen island had tiny black insects maybe sand fleas? Otherwise , the place was adequate since it was a little dated. Management was very nice and the grounds were fine. It would have been really nice to know in advance they do not provide umbrellas with their beach chairs.

Stayed Aug 18, 2021Red Tide was there the first 3 days we arrived. When we went down to the beach there were dead fish and it did not smell good. It made us all start coughing. So our 1st impression of the beach was not good. Maybe they good have taken extra care to remove the dead fish. When they cleaned it and the red tide was gone the beach was wonderful! The villa was great and we loved the pool! We hope to come again!
