Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Island House every year since 1983 and we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else! Happy to see so many of the units being upgraded and this one was no exception! Very clean and nicely appointed. Couldn’t think of one negative thing to say about V-28. I will say that there wasn’t a lot of customer friendly vibes coming from behind the counter in the office! Almost felt like we were interrupting their day when we picked up the keys! And the only other feedback I would have is that the pool is uncomfortably hot! It was hot in April when we were down and it was too hot to even get in when we were there at the end of May. I’m not sure what changed with that because we have been visiting for many years.

Reviewer Comments: Over the last 40 years we have stayed in almost every unit on this property, but this was a pleasant surprise this year! Villa 28 was very nice and quite comfortable! Heading back in a few weeks and staying in this exact same unit again!

Updated with 2 walk in showers, remodeled bathrooms,& remodeled kitchen. Bedrooms with beautiful furniture & nice dining table. Plenty of chairs on the enclosed lani. The staff, no matter what time it is I’d always ready to help! Thanks Scott & Juan.

A lovely villa and very convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc. whether driving or taking the trolley, which we did both.

Stayed Dec 23, 2021We loved the location- and the villa was lovely. Looks like kitchen and one bath were recently updated - everything we needed was there. Odd as it may seem- it was very “dimly lit.” Seemed like all the bulbs were very low and the upholstery/ rugs could use a good cleaning. Master mattress and bedding was a little worn . We love Island House though! Great management- pool was very clean and the beach is unbeatable

Second time staying and a different villa then before! These are great, clean, remodeled and budget friendly! Community is great and small issue with door but handled ASAP and excellent communication from management- thanks Scott! Will be back again soon.
