We enjoyed our stay. The staff was always attentive. The unit was well equipped but needs some love and attention from its owners. They would find that the king mattress has lost its form and support since one can easily roll off the edge. Additional towels racks and hooks added to each bath. Label the electrical switches and create easier access to TV. The porch door needs alignment.

Could not see the beach from place Thought there was washer/dryer in villa, but had to walk it down to the laundry room Would stay again

A little more expensive now, since we've been coming here for 12 years, but we'll keep trying to come. Overall nice to see our friends and family every year.

Ceiling also needs to be repaired. Only three chairs on porch. Towel rack on porch rusted. Kitchen knives barely cut through anything. Instructions on how to use tv. Netflix, operation in general. Bedspread in master very very old. Faded and starting to wear thinn. Previously commented on these items.

Nicely updated villa very close to the beach. Beautiful bathroom and shower in master with King size bed. Beds were comfortable. Pillows could have been better. We had a broken coffee pot and they got us a new one within and hour. Cannot tell by looking at the vrbo listing whether the ocean is visible from the villa which it isn't. Nice screen porch but needs some type of lighting. All in all, quite satisfied with accommodations.

House was great for our family! Plenty of room and short walk to the most amazing beach!

Location to beach and pool is fantastic!I would however note that it is advertised as sleeping 6, but even though there are two trundles to pull out, there is literally not enough floor space in the room to pull both out! Also they should replace all the bedspreads with newer and cleaner options.

Location is great, short walking distance to the beach, place is quiet, well maintained, fully equiped, modern and the price is really competitive for the area.
